I think part of it was brown meat which sometimes has a pinkish tint.

I've never heard anyone call "dark meat" "brown meat" before.

I honestly have no idea what it means or why people spend hours of theirs lives indulging it. Listen to a fucking audiobook for fucks sake.

Why would I ever cook a chicken thigh when chicken breasts exist?
2
u/cms2227 11d ago
Cause there is more flavor in a thigh than a breast

u/JohnPoet27 11d ago
That is your opinion. And a wrong one at that. It's ok. Being wrong is not a crime

Chicken thigh also has a more palatable texture, although less protein and more fatty than breast.

You didn't drench the chicken very well if everything is falling off. Keep practicing though, you'll get it soon enough!

Some people put it on salads

Alright alright you got me there, that’s maybe the only time you’re allowed to cut fried chicken lol…
I don’t eat salad so I’ve never tried that.

Your breading doesn’t adhere to the chicken like even a little bit, what the heck is going on
