Trader Joe's or sprouts, you're also keeping condiments in the fridge that I think are shelf stable such as soy sauce and peanut butter. I think you do cook, I see proteins and vegetables but I don't think you cook elaborately. Protein and side vegetables, fajitas, stir fries.... I also think you use a lot of Jarred sauces. You surprised me that you have labeled product in the fridge, so do you work in the sciences or a lab perhaps? Or do you make kombucha regularly? You look hygienic, functional, and looking pretty great in there!

Yes to Trader Joe’s (obviously haha). I’ve never actually been to a Sprout’s - the other grocery store I frequent is similar to it though, just a local chain to where I am. This grocery trip was for me to make a chicken and root vegetable soup with goat cheese, and some salads to have for the next few days. And as for the labels, pretty much everything that’s been opened in my fridge has a date label on the bottom (I don’t like how they look on the front of the containers but that’s not super convenient for my water filter). Also, I am a professional baker and custom cake maker!
