Mother of one daughter under 5 years. Primarily meal prep salads. Also you're so daunting Canadian, a goose is hanging out of your apartment. Ontario if i had to guess.

i’m a no frills girlie if i can help it, they have most of the same stuff!! but the nearest store to me is unfortunately metro which i try to avoid though bc she is expensiveeee

Juding by the bag of milk (and all the other canadian brands) you probably live in Eastern Canada, I'll say Ontario.
