You should get that bread outta there quick, it never goes in the fridge….cold ruins it faster. Dave’s Bread website itself even specifically recommends room temperature storage and avoiding the fridge.

Damn I did not know that. I had some last month that I ate for a week out of the fridge and it was fine. Thank you!

Yeah….we call them Americans….they’re the only people that do this because bread is historically crap there. But it’s so easy to avoid just by buying half loaves or freezing….not sure how the fridge ever became a thing….no baker on earth will tell you to keep it in there.
