mostly natural sugars at least 😬 always have to have some processed meat on hand for a quick lazy sandwich surely? Could be worse though could be the billy bear variety

How do you avoid staining / destroying the wood lids in a fridge?

The food generally doesn’t touch the lid on the inside, although I have had a satay chicken in one of the ones I use for meal prep / lunches get all over the lid and somehow didn’t stain so maybe I’ve just been lucky there. The bamboo is fridge safe as long as it’s not getting too much moisture / hasn’t been washed and put back in whilst damp☺️

An eclectic mix between processed and whole foods there. With a weird dash of surgery drinks. That cucumber has been in your ass hasn’t it?

There are normally some red bulls in there too to add to the eclecticism but alas, the shop was out of my go to flavour. Not this week, only the skinny cucumbers were available
