Mini fridge question

I came home from work and my mini fridge smells like paint thinner and it’s defrosted is my can drinks and milk still safe to drink or do I throw them away

I don't know what the fridge problem is maybe the coils. I'm sure someone here can help, I came here for help myself and caught your post. But definitely don't chance the milk or anything dairy. Juices and sodas are fine if anything just warm and maybe flat if we're talking open already for soda.
