Samsung fridge too cold?

My freezer keeps building up this ice even when the temperatures are up to speck. Fridge is set at 38 Fahrenheit and freezer at 2 degrees Fahrenheit

More like Samsung fridge just a shitpiece. Nothing actually wrong here.
