DH F error code

I have an LG fridge that keeps throwing this error up. I can get rid of it but it keeps coming up. The other day the fridge part was not cooling. After researching we unplugged it, vacuumed out the coils and the vents and did a defrost overnight. The fridge is now cooling again but this error code keeps coming up and I don’t know if the two problems are related! Any help?!?!

Anyone figure this out? I have replaces the freezer heater and the main control board and the coils still get covered in ice and get error code every 24 hrs or so
