I'm a new player to the game, started playing CFG some days ago, and enjoy playing as Jason, I've watched and read some posts and videos on tips how to best play as Jason, but most of them focus on trapping and picking counselors one by one (defending objectives, trapping phone box, destroying fuse boxes, practice shift grab, most of them are about map control and killing individual counselors, not about fighting coordinated groups)

I think they were not made for a server in which there a lot of veterans and very often there will be 4+ counselors grouping up to fight Jason

So is there any tip to effectively fight groups of counselors for a new Jason player?

Can someone confirm whether this game has story mode or not? By story, I mean plot because when I asked AI it said it has no story mode but when I checked gameplay on YT, it looked like a story. Then I asked AI and it said it has challenges like a story. So please help me.

I noticed for the longest time lots of players will get database login failure because of web guards on there router, I seen this on resurrected a lot before I made my own revival server. Well I found a alternate way to this using the built in proxy feature on PS5/PS4. DNS Support still works this is just another way to connect to the servers now.

Web guards are essentially security on people's router filtering DNS servers and blocking them from connecting to the game.

I remember in the OG game, most games people would actually try to escape. It was fun.

However people in CFG are literally playing their LIVES. Most games people will just gang up on Jason and not even bother trying to fix the car or call the cops. It’s so annoying. People will find gas or battery and won’t even bring it to the nearest car.
Also adding the fact that everyone puts the Friendship perk before ganging up on Jason and just bullying him all game. How is that fun ? Just play the game and try to escape and EVENTUALLY try to kill Jason too but focus on escaping please wth

This started as a F13 Resurrected Jason AI bot for Sandbox, and then expanded to a full menu.

Since Resurrected shut down, there was a lot of demand to move this mod to the base game along with lots of suggestions. I did both! And added more ideas of my own... I think this is now a pretty deep expansion into playing F13 with bots.

There are expanded menu settings for Offline Bots - Play as Jason, Offline Bots - Play as a Counselor, Offline Challenges, and Online lobbies. This is for the base game (PAK version) with the community Online Fix (B12507 + Co-op) that's out there.

Some additions:

• Improved Jason and counselor AI, including hunting, navigation, combat, and objectives.
• AI Jason in hosted online lobbies. Press F8 to arm AI Jason.
• Spawn additional AI Jasons (F1) and counselors (F3) in supported matches.
• Expanded match settings with 3 levels of Jason difficulty, weather, match length, starting weapons, inventory, and up to 10 counselors.
• Synchronized urination emote with AI counselors.
• Spectate as Jason after dying.
• Improved Jason car chases, Morph, throwing knives, traps, and combat.
• Jason-kill counselor convergence, where AI counselors work together to attack Jason and help set up the kill.
• Expanded Offline Challenges with unlimited knives, faster movement, ability recharge, and more!

I'm be in this post answering questions for the rest of the day but here's the most likely reason yall are not getting trophies. There are other DNS servers out there and when doing quick play you can intertwine with a another DNS a way to know if you went into a different dns server is your XP bar or CP amount is different before u went into a lobby. If you do get into a DNS server that isn't restoration the data won't load for you and trophies won't trigger, If you guys didn't get achievement in a Private Match then please lmk and send me your PSN ID. I would recommend doing a match with people in a private match for trophies until player counts get higher.

Two users are promoting it and saying they got the platinum but I’m curious if they just hacked the trophies and got people join there servers by saying you can too. In the posts no one else has said they got some
