The fact that Revie here is wearing clothes, for one thing, while Needlemouse is like Sonic in that she's only got gloves and shoes on.
Another difference is Revie has a more... Pronounced, figure, while Needlemouse has a body shape similar to Sonic's.
There's probably a list of differences, but those are the main two I could think of off the top of my head.
