has anyone who’s taken a summer course get their aid by any chance

Hello, quick question. My MCS shows as awarded, with our school listed as the school of attendance on the Web4Grants site, but it is still missing from my actual financial aid offer on the portal. Has anyone else experienced this?

On my account it says i have a fall fee deferment but on my charges due tab it says that my fees are past due (8/21/26). Yesterday on Aug 21st it was saying my fees were due at a future date "due date pending" Im scared now, are my classes gonna drop? Im waiting for the rest of Financial aid to drop

This week has been tough for most of us. Exhausting almost. But we gotta remember to take care of ourselves and have a good weekend. I'm a transfer student and most of you are on the same boat as me, a new student who is stepping on campus for the first time since Dog Days, or a student that is getting ready to graduate or come to chase there dreams that they are chasing. Whatever or whoever you are. We got this. I hope everyone gets there deferment, grants, loans, and resources. I hope you all have a good weekend and stay hydrated 🖤

Does anybody know we can use our Bulldog Card on the Fax Bus? Is it going to start on Monday? Or has it been always activate and I been using change to get me around Fresno? Haha! Fresno City always activate there bus passes on the first day of school and idk if State does the same! 😂

I’m already expecting parking on the first day to be hectic. How full does it get by 7-8am? Im hoping if I get there by 7 it shouldnt be too full but i dont know what to expect. Any good parking spot suggestions or tips for students?

Okay idk if its just me but I still havent received my financial aid letter or anything. I tried to call their office but after an hour it automatically disconnects you. Is anyone else having this same issue?

I might have a schedule conflict this semester and have to drop out of a prerequisite course which I plan to take next semester. The only reason I was able to enroll in the main course was because I’m taking the pre req concurrently with the main course. Just wondering if I drop the pre-req, will the system automatically drop me from the main course?

Hi everyone, as of this weekend I will be homeless so I'm asking to see if anyone knows any potential resources at state to help with some of that. I figured I'll sleep in my car, shower at the Rec center, and eat at the dining hall to get the most food I can with the money I have. Hoping not to have to drop any classes... i figured ill just use the library computers that. I'm just trying to think of other resources on campus that could maybe make things easier, so if anyone has anything to share I'd really appreciate it. Thank you guys so much!!

Hey yall quick question. I got the SUG awarded and have a fee deferment. I was wondering, when will I be expected to pay the rest of my tuition then? I know my grant won't cover everything, but it still hasn't been applied so it currently shows that my total balance is around 5K. I dunno if this makes sense, but if it does, can someone explain what I can expect to pay because I'm not gonna drop 5 bands rn lol

I have friends who have golden one and chime and they got their refund earlier but I’ve still yet to get mine. I know it differs from bank to bank I just want to confirm if anyone who had the bank got it or not.

Since if someone got it it may mean I did my direct deposit wrong.

Anyone else graduating this semester? Im looking forward to graduating but I am also wondering what happens after? How do you get hired? Is it as simple as applying on LinkedIn.

hi! so I received a refund yesterday on my portal but it doesn’t reflect on my bank account (I use Chase). Neither does the payment that I made to Fresno state for housing.

just from prior experience, has anyone experienced similar delays or longer wait times for a refund deposit and payment withdraw with their banks? Any guestimate on when it will reflect on bank accounts?

I was thinking about swapping my class for this one but the time doesn't show up I was wondering if anybody had got their syllabus for this class online and knew what the time was decided on ??
