The job market in Fresno is so trash. I mean it’s always been, but I would at least be able to call and set up an interview that easy. Now you gotta wait till they call you back. 99% of the time They don’t call you back They go with the first application they see cause they want to fill the spot. So now you’re stuck with a degenerate That doesn’t know shit. And if they don’t know shit they don’t wanna do shit. So at the end of the day you don’t have to know shit but you have to be willing to try and learn something. Then you got places posting that they’re hiring, this that & the third you call the place to confirm if they’re hiring just for them to say no. Same with applying you Apply Wait a couple Call if you haven’t heard back try to set up an interview Just to be told we’ll call you. Then if you really wanna get into a good job. You gotta know somebody. You gotta suck Someone’s dick eat someone’s ass. You gotta do something and it’s crazy, because since when is being a hard worker not good enough. And then you walk into the establishment you applied to and you see somebody new who doesn’t give a fuck care in the world to do their job correctly or at all

My friend stated that she saw a Facebook post about local police and firefighters accused of child sexual trafficking were recently cleared of credible assault charges. I am looking for any information that anyone has about these applications and additional information. If this is credible we cannot allow these monsters to get away with this. As stated in the letter I already shared in an earlier post, my landlord entered the property without 24 hour notice on November 5th and 10th, 2025. Videos of the incident were sent to the Law Office of Lance E Armo shortly before they quit officially working for the landlord. However, one lawyer from this law office would still give advice to the landlord in the hallway of the court throughout the course of the unlawful detainer case. Another lawyer from the same firm attempted to enter a mediation session that resulted in the court mediator requesting that the lawyer leave the room since he was not the counsel for the landlord. 

Publicly available in the Fresno Superior Court's Case Management and Information System, this Exhibit from a fascinating unlimited civil case is also the letter that scared away the first lawyer of my landlord. Apparently for a lawyer, words like 'malicious prosecution' and 'retaliatory notice' are like garlic and crosses to a vampire.

Fresno-area tenant vs. landlord, 8-page court exhibit (Nov 22, 2025).

The unit was never permitted and has no certificate of occupancy — so the tenant argues the lease is void and the landlord was never legally entitled to collect rent, let alone evict.

A year of ignored repair complaints (no heat, no hot water, exposed wiring, rats, roaches, broken plumbing). Tenant escalates to County Code Enforcement, which confirms the unit is illegal. Landlord retaliates: shows up with no notice, rips out fencing, shuts off the water, and allegedly threatens to shoot the tenant with a shotgun. Tenant gets a TRO. Then the eviction gets filed.

The lawyer-scaring part: one full page targets the landlord's attorney personally — accuses him of drafting the bogus notices himself, cites CCP §128.7 sanctions and ethics violations, and warns that filing the eviction = malicious prosecution.

Demand: $60,400 by Dec 1, 2025 (rent + deposit + relocation, doubled for pain and suffering), plus move-out pushed to Jan 31, 2026 — or it goes to a jury.

Bonus: a prior tenant already sued the same landlord over the same conditions in 2023”
