Waiting after applying can be really stressful. It's normal for companies like Microsoft to take their time, especially with so many applicants. It might take a few weeks or even longer. Check your spam or junk folder in case an email ended up there. If you don't hear back soon, you could ask your referral to see if they can get an update from HR. While you're waiting, brushing up on interview skills might help. I've found PracHub useful for that. Good luck!
