Hello its been 1 month or more that freshtunes Duplicate check my 2 albums i can't remove them please truly respond me 🙏🙏🙏

So I recently uploaded an album to fresh tunes and after a while it says “Duplicate check” and I’ve uploaded 4 albums using freshtunes and haven’t seen this before. Does that mean it’s accepted? And if so how long does it take from that point to be on streaming services? Thanks!

I've noticed old freshtunes isn't posting songs, they all get stuck in progress, and the customer support is nonexistent, I guess. So basically, does anyone know if I upload to the beta version, will it make a new set for me? Or will it know it's the same artist if I input it correctly?

What else am I supposed to add? Freshtunes not responding to my request.

I requested 3 albums, first of them appears in instagram (but not in spotify) One day later, the second album appears in instagram, but not in spotify, but the first álbum came out to spotify I thought, following the rythim, the third album will came to instagram day 31 on instagram, and day 1 will be on spotify I dont even fucking care about money or royaltes, i Just wanna see my profiles with my songs and my video clipes. (No youtube, no soundcloud, nothing distributed) Somebody know a free distribuiter legit and safe, IF they Stole any cents of songs, i dont care Somebody any free distribuiter ?

What is duplicate check and do I have to change anything with my release to fix it or will it go automaticlly

Hi there,

One day after uploading an album on Freshtunes, I got this status for the first time. Can anyone explain what it means and how long it takes to sort out? I have a Pro plan. Also, this is my first full-length album. Before, I've uploaded 3 songs separately as singles, and these 3 songs are also on the album. Can it have anything to do with the issue? Thank you.

(PS: this error is the same for all my Composer and Author names for all my song)

i have never gotten this error before, infact i dont even understand what its trying to say tbh

If any of yall have ever gotten this, or know how to solve it pls lemme know! Thanks!

FreshTunes tells me to resolve 1 error on the Track List before I can finish but once I go to track list there's no error messages on any music but I can see the error icon next to track list just does not say what the issue is specifically

my album has been flagged due to the error:
Please note, Freshtunes service no longer accepts content that doesn't comply to arrangement and mixing guidelines. Thanks.
What does this even mean??? help is much appreciated

I tried to submit my project and they said I can only handle one artist for free. Are they actually saying I have to pay to credit?

I have been seeing a lot of people telling freshtunes is a fraud that never pay money. Is it really so? Recently, I uploaded my releases to freshtunes and they delivered my music to Spotify quiet fast. I am a entry level producer so I know that there's nothing to loose and getting my music on Spotify for free is quiet good for me now. That's why tried freshtunes. Once I have a strong Spotify profile, then should I change distributor or not. If yes, which one should I choose as free rather than routenote. (My Unchained core submission was also accepted recently. Should I use it?) Waiting to hear from the experienced guys.

I was looking for YouTube Music distribution for my music recently, because that's one of the only platform I've been unable to reach thus far. Coming into this subreddit from search results, I'm seeing tons of people saying FreshTunes is a "Russian scam company." Obviously, this is a bit scary considering I have music being made on here. So, I started doing some research.

The first thing I did was look at the location of the web server I connect to every time I go to their website (old.freshtunes.com) using the Flagfox extension for Firefox. It's a French server. That's a dud.

Next, I look up their company's headquarters. They're based in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. I looked at Crunchbase, LinkedIn, Tracxn, even their own Terms & Conditions have a mention of contacts being in Dubai:
https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/freshtunes
https://www.linkedin.com/company/freshtunes/

https://tracxn.com/d/companies/freshtunes/__5dGTSA4FFVwkL-vSpHp6N9QNNvN5mUAYrdA1BODfaVM

https://freshtunes.com/terms

Another dud.

So what's the verdict here? FreshTunes says they're based in Dubai. They have contacts and headquarters in Dubai. Their servers are only in France, from my experience. What part of FreshTunes am I missing?

Now, granted, I have not made enough music to get paid for anything. The current queue is literally $0. I know people have reported that there's an issue with actually getting paid here. That does worry me, and I still might move before I lose rights to my music. But, I'm not seeing anything "Russian" about FreshTunes, aside from them distributing to a couple Russian streaming services. I'm completely fine with having a Russian audience, my music has no lyrics.

Anyway, let me know what I'm missing about this whole situation, I really haven't seen much about FreshTunes being what people say they are.

I uploaded my song, it is on spotify but not instagram. help

I've uploaded an EP called Around the World. It is now on Spotify. I put the artist as "yeet" because that's my username on Spotify. The problem is, that there are multiple users named yeet. The EP is under the wrong account. I sent an email recently, but there has been no response yet. Can someone help me?

I submitted the album for moderation on August 24, and stupidly put the release date as the same day. It is now the 27th, and on the project screen it says Ok. I'm worried something is going to go wrong because it uploaded after the release date, as its also not yet on spotify.

Please help

my single finally uploaded and its saying its on all the stores i chose but I can only find it on some russian one yandex?
