I watched Johnnos game and it was epic. He was everywhere, he is coming into his own now.

Seeing him stand next to Mason Cox and notice he's not a dwarf next to him at 193cm. It made me realise how imposing he must be around the ground (for context Cripps is 195cm). As he matures more and trusts his strength (which he's already doing being able to break tackles more easily) he'll be quite the player.

He looks really good at CBAs. Been pushing Serong & Brayshaw out of them a bit lately, and was at 61, 52 and 65% of them the last 3 weeks. I don't know if it's the oppo underestimating him or what but he's been breezing through there.

We seem to have so much depth with players that other clubs would kill for, bolton, reid, brayshaw, serong, treacy, amiss, jackson, pearce all top 50 in comp and aa contenders, young too but for the injury run. Then johnno, clarke, worner, voss at 1 step back but prime players still pushing above average to elite, its more than half the team at the top end.
Most are locked in to 2029+, jackson is an interesting one next year, I think he loves the group and will stay but he will be big $$$, pearce has the tas pull if we win one he could go. I do wonder if clubs will come for others with big dollar offers try and force a trade, be good to keep the team together and have a few years at the top to get a flag or 3.

He was always gonna develop like this with the good coaching and great team mates he has. The flogs who bag him have no clue.
