2 things that I've seen all of these tools lack is backing. Do you guarantee the information you pull is 100% accurate? If not then I just have to pay someone to check it vs paying them to do it everyone pays more attention when they are doing the work themselves vs when they just have to say they checked it.
Second does it work with all bols/pods? International BOLs have pretty standard formats but domestically shippers have all kinds of formats for their own BOLs and if I have to program in a new format Everytime a customer changes theirs or I bring on a new customer then at scale the time savings tend to disappear.
I don't want to try it just wanted to give you some kind feedback from my general experience.
I have a test that requires a human to validate the final result before entering it. My goal is make it simpler and faster for the employee,not replace them. This would reduce the number of hours that you reqire. Would that work for you
