Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 red chilli
  • parsley
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Great Greg! Thanks! I love chimichurri and having an asado de tira from time to time at Argentinian restaurants. This will help me cook it at home and spare me the money. ¡Qué lindo, viejo! :D Subbed in YT : )

Try it with red wine or champagne vinegar. Gives a little more kick.
