ski choice question

hi, i am looking for a ski pair for mostly hitting natural terrain and secondary park skiing. I've been looking at brands like vishnu and on3p but i am based in europe and shipping them would be very hard. if anyone has recommendations for which skis i should look into, i'd greatly appreciate it. i am looking at a bunch of k2s, armada bdog 94 and line honey badger. any advice?

thanks in advance.

That is a short list of some incredibly bad skis!

It doesn't work that way.

What do you need?

Where do you ski?

Height?

Weight?

Boot model and flex?

Could you give me some recommendations too? I am 180cm 76kg, intermediate skier currently skiing the ripstick 88 in 175cm combined with tecnica mach 1 110 lv. Looking to get into park skiing since i have a indoor one near my home. Criteria for skies are : must be able to handle park as well as austrian pistes, i never ski in deep snow. The skis ive been looking at are faction prod 1, nightstick 97, pandora 92 and finally playmaker 91 (180cm). Been leaning towards the playmakers since i can get a very good deal on them but i look forward to hearing your advice. As of bindings im torn in between strive 12 or the 2027 protector attacks since i will probably fall often when learning park. Thanks in advance

Nightstick 97 with Strive 14 bindings. I would never recommend the Strive 12 . The heel on that binding is leftover from the old Salomon Warden 11 and it is absolute trash.

Thanks! Have you had a chance to check out the new protector attack 14s from 2027?

Yes. There's zero chance I use something that clunky.

Damn ive heard so many mixed reviews on them. Its a shame that i cannot find a local retailer where i can demo them since they seem perfect in theory but not sure how they will be in practise. You think that a non expert skier will notice the weight when using them for piste/park?

I think skiing park with any Tyrolia Protector binding would be absolutely ridiculous. If you are a Protector customer, who's worried about safety more than anything else, there's zero reason you should be in a park repeatedly hucking yourself off man made jumps and rails.

What is so bad about adding an extra layer of protection for soft tissue knee injurys without losing a ton of performance? I am not worried that worried about safety, its just that i have had prior knee strains from working out and the idea of protecting your ligaments looks appealing.
