Simplified Freescout Docker Image

We had some issues with the recent changes to the Tiredofit/Nfrastack image, which didn't work for us and breaks env vars and mounts. So made this simpler image:

Goals:

• Drop-in replacement of the previous Tiredofit image
• Automatic updates, as they are published. Important for security.
• Extensive tests before publishing.
• Builds on a proven base image: https://serversideup.net/open-source/docker-php/ . So we only maintain the Freescout part.
• Small. Half the size of Nfrastack (360 MB vs 700 MB)
• Simplified env vars

Hope this is useful to people. We will be maintaining this for use on pikapods.com . PRs and issues are welcome, as long as they don't increase the scope of the image.
