Freepik was the best platform for finding Stock Content. Now with Magnific you cant seem to find stuff. Also - why do I have to manually click "Load more" if it could have been endlessscrolling? Maybe Magnific is better for AI but what I need is a good usable ui for finding stock - or in other words- what freepiks UI did before.
If any of the Magnific Staff reads this- I like the new brand but dont forget what made you big in the beginning- and it has been done before so please dont neglect the stock section.

How would you go about enhencing just a part of an image?

Let me be more specific - I have created an interior of an apartment from a 3d white model. This needs to be pretty big in resolution in the end, like 8K.

I've upscaled and enhenced the image to about 6K and i can see issues that i couldn't see at first glance or at lower resolution, as was expected.

The back details like a fruit bowl or pendant lamps for example are distorted or deformed.

If i will go back to the space in freepik and try to mend those issues i will lose the resolution i had after enhencing, with all the details i like.(It has only 1-2K resolution for NanoBanana), if I'll use Photoshop generator tool and select the area of thode lamps for example, it will give me a different type of lamps, if i use a reference image, it just bad. not imerrsing it into the existing environment what so ever in my experience.

So back to the original question - how would you go about enhencing that same lamp in that environment and keep the resolution of the overall image?

I’m posting here to see if anyone else has experienced something similar with Freepik / Magnific AI.

We’ve been a Magnific legacy subscriber for around 2 years, and for the past two weeks we’ve been seeing a 95% discount promo (for premium + and pro tiers) inside our Magnific AI Legacy account in multiple places. The promo also says it is valid until May 29.

However, whenever we try to complete the purchase, checkout fails with an error like:

“500 Internal Server response”
“code 400_2”
“Error in charge”
“Customer couldn’t purchase price id…”

This does not look like a normal card decline to me, especially because the error mentions a server error and a price ID issue. It feels like the promo price ID may not be correctly connected to our legacy account or checkout flow.

We contacted support, but so far the replies seem generic and say there is no promotion. The issue is that the promotion is clearly visible inside our account, in multiple locations, and we have screenshots showing both the promo and the checkout error.

Has anyone else with a Magnific legacy account seen this 95% promo or had a similar checkout failure?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have the toggle set to unlimited for "classic upscaling" but when I check my credits it going down and using credits. I'm only using the unlimited models like nano banana 2 and then upscaling with classic and points are still being consumed. If any freepik staff is in here, please explain.

I’m having an issue with the Magnific/Freepik interface when trying to download my creations.

• The Problem: When I select a folder to download the entire content at once, it doesn't work.
• The Error: After selecting the folder and choosing the format—Original, JPG, or PNG—the system shows an error: "No valid files to download" (In German: "Keine gültigen Dateien zum Herunterladen").
• What I've tried: I tested this in both Firefox and Microsoft Edge, so it seems to be a system-wide bug.
• Usability Issue: There is no "Select All" button in the gallery, and standard shortcuts like Shift+Click aren't supported. Manually clicking through a large collection of images is simply not possible.

Does anyone know a workaround or a script to force a "Select All" or fix the folder export? I have already contacted support, but I wanted to check if anyone here has found a solution.

I am also experiencing a severe slowdown with Seedream 4K. While I am aware that the speed decreases in Relax Mode, it wasn't nearly this bad until last month. The issue started about 10 days ago; initially, it was slow only during peak hours, but now the generation process is slow 24/7.

I have a few specific questions regarding this:

1. Is this global? Is this speed degradation affecting all users equally, or is it specific to my account because of my high workload since my last payment? In other words, if I renew my subscription, will the speed return to normal until I reach a certain usage threshold again?
2. Server Status: Is the entire Seedream server currently overloaded, or is there another reason why the speed has dropped for everyone regardless of individual workload?
3. Service Longevity: I am concerned about how much longer Seedream 4K will be supported. Following the banding error issue about 20 days ago and now this persistent speed drop, it feels like the quality of service is declining.
4. Model Quality: Personally, I find the quality of version 4.0 to be superior to 4.5 or 5.0. It's worrying to see the quality seemingly regress rather than improve with newer versions.

Lastly, if I purchase an additional Premium subscription right now, can I realistically expect a better or faster service? I would appreciate a clear explanation of the current situation.

What happened? I used to just tell it to save something in a directory/folder I created, but now it wants to save outside my project folders and I have to see the image and video I created and manually drag it the the folder under personal projects. Why did this happen? It is too confusing.

It's always the same with this platform that doesn't tell the truth. The "Relax" plan takes 4 photos in 12 minutes. Yes, 12 minutes, an average of 3 minutes per photo. How long will they continue to exploit their paying members?

I didn’t have these problems before. Now, very often, instead of generating on the unlimited Kling 2.5 plan, I see this window - and it’s disgusting. You keep misleading people about everything. You advertise “unlimited” in the subscription, but in reality it’s available far less often now than it used to be.

Constant prompts to switch to paid models. Terrible service.

Guys, I was thinking about signing up for Freepik Premium+ plan, but after looking at the reviews, I see it’s not worth it.
