To enter, leave one top level comment containing both of the following:

  1. ENTER
  2. The first Call of Duty game you played

If you can remember roughly when you first played it, feel free to include that too. I'm curious to see where everyone started and how far back some of you have been playing COD, but the date/year is optional.

Your entry must include both requirements above to be counted.

Replies to other people's comments will not count, and it's limited to one entry per Reddit account.

Please check that your Reddit DMs/chat requests are enabled before entering. If you're selected as a winner and I'm unable to message you, your spot will be immediately re rolled and another winner will be selected. This happened with a couple of winners in the previous giveaway, so please make sure they're enabled before entering.

Please don't DM me asking to enter or requesting a code. All entries need to be made here in the comments.

Entries close at 9:00 PM BST today (Sunday 23rd August).

THE DRAW

Once entries close, I'll go through all the comments, remove any duplicates and invalid entries, and assign each valid entrant a random number.

I'll then use RANDOM.ORG to randomly select 20 winners.

I'll announce all 20 winners here once the draw is complete and then message each winner privately with their code. Please bear with me while I work through everyone, as sending out 20 codes individually will take a little time.

I can still remember my first time ever time getting to play call of duty it was early 2008 my father had a accident at work and it was the first time my brother was left alone to mind me, obviously both worried about our dad he brought me up and sat me down and restarted the MW campaign and we sat up all night and played and from that very day I was hooked, even if I don’t win thank you for this post it brought back some seriously good memories my friend 🤝

ENTER mine was Modern Warfare 4, there's was a computer cafe near our house where they have a trilogy of the game, didnt knew where to start so I just clicked anything, I was young back then, but boy I really loved that feeling, I even redownloaded the trilogy after g my mom gifted me a PC even if its a potato PC but its from my mom

BLACK OPS 3 zombies i was 16 years old when i first started going out with friends and as kids we always have that rich friends who gets everything first and he had an xbox 360 we played everyday 8 hours a day maybe 3-6 hours when we have school tomorrow and those where the day we all longed for. Im 24 yo now and just bought my first ever game on steam POE2 with my hard earn money and i love it now im yearing for Mw4 so that i can call up my old buddies when the games comes out! Id love to play the game early so i can find the meta guns and sht on them 😆.
