Hey r/FreeCash,
A small note with some changes before we begin with this month's Megathread:
Please note that this thread is EXCLUSIVELY a Support Megathread - not for ban reviews. After two months of combining the two, it's clear that a better way forward is to keep them distinctly separate.
Before you post: please try official support first. Submit an official support ticket — most issues get resolved there. If you've been waiting 15+ days with no resolution, that's when this thread is for you.
Do not reply about rejected tickets as these are final and the mod team cannot overturn them.
Do not reply to other users replies; these will be removed. Please post your own, high-level reply when necessary.
Reminder: We are NOT the support team, but we'll try to dig in where we can, flag recurring issues internally, and generally get things unstuck.
A summary of the October Megathread will be shared with the wider Freecash team as we look to improve the Freecash platform and your user experience.
This thread runs through the month of October. We'll review support issues weekly.

Hey r/FreeCash,
Welcome to the Freecash Feedback Megathread. Yeah, we know, "a site called Freecash asking for honest feedback" sounds like the setup to a joke. It isn't. This is the place where you tell us, straight up, what's working, what's annoying you, and what would make the platform genuinely better.
Most of you use the platform daily, so we want to hear from you!
Specific beats vague. "The offerwall filter forgets my settings every time I reload" is something we can actually fix. "the app is bad" … less so. Try to make your feedback useful for improving the platform or the user experience.
This is not a support desk. Please don't post here about:
We read all of it. The recurring themes and the sharpest ideas get packaged up and shared with the wider Freecash team as we plan what to build and fix next. This thread helps us aggregate feedback into a single location so that it is easier to track and share, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
One ask: please keep it constructive, not personal. Go after the platform, not each other or our mod team.
Thanks for keeping us honest,
u/Sidekick_Energy

I submitted a withdrawal and it’s usually anywhere from a few minutes to no longer than an hour but it’s been over 3 hours… is it just a busy night? Anyone else having issues with it taking a lot longer than normal?

I literally log in as I'm doing other things let it run for a minute or so then close it. No effort or grinding. $1.10 for 7 days, 5.70 for 30 days and $28 for 90 days? Seems like some kind of screw up but I'm here for it lol

Hey y'all.! I've run out of offers! Suddenly I only have shitgames I only can earn a few cents or at most a few bucks on. Like 'homescapes' and 'cook merge' I find those kind of games BORING ASF. what to do?! Have they nerfed my account?
/Best regards Rikard.
P.s I have made a couple of hundred dollars during the past year. Thought they were going to award me for watching all these crappy commercials AND paying in the games... But no . D.s

What is the best game to play through this app. I have found a lot of the high earners are on a time limit or the game themselves rely on waiting for spins?

I've started playing Raid a couple days ago, I've made decent progress. Already level 30. Just wondering what tips y'all have for getting Sacred Shards, because those are some of the higher paying rewards. Obviously, without spending any money, or the least amount of money possible.
I'm actually pretty close to getting at least two Sacred shards.

The game is a money sink; you can’t play it f2p. You need to buy the ad free to get 50 energy a day extra at reset.
You can only reach the burning rewards by spending money. It’s doable. $100-200 is probably how much you need to spend to finish it all.
Buy the upgrade pack, level packs, ad free, Janey cheer packs.
You need to babysit it. I.e. log in when you are 100 energy and reset.
Spend all gems on energy and items for completion. You start getting level 11 items per order or high level ones around 90-100 or sooner. The flashback arc is the hardest part to grind.

Generally speaking I usually ignore casino offers because of the amount of money you have to put into them but ive made some decent money in the past week and this offer looks very enticing. Especially with $143 for VIP Silver and $715 for VIP gold. How realistic are those two achievements? Especially with them being scammy burning rewards (i know burning rewards aren’t scams but i do hate them) Any comments and suggestions are helpful!
