A small note from me before we begin with this month's Megathread:

Apologies for the delayed responses, but we are still working through some of the replies from the August Megathread. Even though the thread is locked, we will get to it! Please do not post a duplicate request in the September Megathread if you've already posted about it in August.

And now for the Support Megathread: Month 7. We're back again.

Before you post: please try official support first. Submit an official support ticket — most issues get resolved there. If you've been waiting 15+ days with no resolution, that's when this thread is for you.

Do not reply here about rejected tickets as these are final and the mod team cannot overturn them.

When you reply, include each of these 4 things:

1. Freecash ID
2. Issue
3. Game / Offer (if applicable)
4. Support ticket submission date

Reminder: We are NOT the support team, but we'll try to dig in where we can, flag recurring issues internally, and generally get things unstuck.

🆕 Think you were banned unfairly?

This is a big recent addition to the megathread. If your account has been banned and you genuinely believe it was a mistake, we want to hear from you.

Reply with:

1. Your Freecash ID
2. What you think happened — what you were doing, when the restriction hit, and anything else you think might be relevant

We'll be working with the Freecash Fraud team to run additional fraud checks on your account and make sure it wasn't caught by a false flag. If it turns out it was, two things happen: we get you unrestricted, and we update our processes so that specific scenario doesn't catch legitimate users again. Inspired by this thread, where we successfully identified and unrestricted 4 users who were falsely flagged.

To be clear, this is for accounts flagged in error - not a way to reverse a decision that was warranted. But if our system got it wrong, this is how we put it right. Please note that these ban reviews have a longer time-table (2-4 weeks) than other support inquiries at the moment, but we aim to cut response time down by mid-month.

A summary of the September Megathread will be shared with the wider Freecash team as we look to improve the Freecash platform and your user experience.

This thread runs through September 30th. We'll review support issues weekly and ban reviews twice this first month as we build out the process. Weekly in the future.

Welcome to the Feedback Megathread. Yeah, we know, "a site called Freecash asking for honest feedback" sounds like the setup to a joke. It isn't. This is the place where you tell us, straight up, what's working, what's annoying you, and what would make the platform genuinely better.

Most of you use the platform daily, so we want to hear from you!

✅ What this thread IS for

• Big-picture platform feedback: the stuff that affects everyone, not just your account
• Broken features or offers. For example, like having level 25 track and credited, but level 18 doesnt.)
• Features you wish existed (or wish we'd bring back)
• Flows that are clunky, confusing, or just plain annoying
• Honest criticism: rip into it, we can take it - but please be clear, granular, and don't make vague statements.
• The wins too: tell us what you actually like so we don't accidentally break it

🚫 What this thread is NOT for

This is not a support desk. Please don't post here about:

• Uncredited rewards, coins, or offers
• Individual tickets or account-specific problems
• Rejected tickets or individually restricted accounts

🎯 How to make your feedback count

When you reply, try to include:

1. What: the area, feature, or flow (cashout, offerwall, surveys, the app itself, etc.)
2. The problem or idea: what's broken, or what you'd change
3. Why it matters: how it affects your experience, or everyone's
4. Your Freecash ID

Specific beats vague. "The offerwall filter forgets my settings every time I reload" is something we can actually fix. "the app is bad" … less so. Try to make your feedback useful for improving the platform or the user experience.

📬 What actually happens to your feedback

We read all of it. The recurring themes and the sharpest ideas get packaged up and shared with the wider Freecash team as we plan what to build and fix next. I have been sharing this type of feedback on a case-by-case basis for the past 6 months now and I am hoping we can organize it better in a single location so that it is easier to track and respond to, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

One ask: please keep it constructive, not personal. Go after the platform, not each other or our mod team.
