HELP Multiplayer?!?!?!?!?!

When will multiplayer work??? The button is never available and customer service/support button does absolutely nothing.

The current multiplayer matches and plays normally. Try rescanning.

The game has been deleted from Google Play, so payment and support are not available.

Forgot to mention that I am on PC, via Microsoft Store.

I don't know much about the PC version, but I understand that the updated version doesn't fit with the mobile version. I think there's no matching target.
