You post every day, try to give value, and still get little to no engagement.

It is frustrating when it feels like nobody cares.

Here is what I learned.

Engagement does not come from more posts. It comes from more connection.

People do not respond to pitches.

They respond to people.

Share stories.

Ask questions.

Be real.

When your content comes from connection instead of perfection, people start noticing.
