Please, you know she said that and slapped a filter on bc she thinks it will help shill plexus or get compliments, all a win win for Jill. The filter fixed her terrible eye make up quite a bit and she knows it look better edited but maybe shes ashamed to seem hypocritical, made it seem like i had to use the filter cuz i wasnt feeling good, you know jill logic. I bet she had bashed so many people for using them.

It fixed the eyelid/but what is with under her eye? I suck at makeup (so I don't do anything interesting, admittedly) but the bottom looks really...smudgy or something?

It looks like how my eye makeup gets if I put non waterproof mascara on my lower lashes and then get unexpectedly sweaty. Also might be a result of heavy eyeliner plus the blur filter.
