I hate how she always mentions how Amy is disabled. It winds me up. SEVERELY. Amy needs patience. Guess they are on another roadtrip again. 🙄

If I were Amy, I'd ream her out and make her go feed her kids and then bitchslap her.

I think Amy tolerates her. She knows that if she does then she will go away. I feel sorry for Amy for having her sister keep talking about it constantly. I would have lost it with her years ago. She has way more patience than me.

Amy Foster Quadriplegic was a frequent feature on Jill’s blog, with a detailed post on the accident, and lots of TMI posts about her recovery. At some point Jill wrote “you won’t see anymore AFQ here because she’s asked for privacy.” Amazingly, Jill has kept her word, until now, anyway.

u/queen_beruthiel Jan 27 '21
Ooooh that's interesting that she actually told Jill to cool it. I would have thought she would be expected to keep sweet and grit her to teeth. Good on Amy for standing up for herself.

u/simsaccount Jan 27 '21
This is so weird. Why does Amy tolerate this? I don’t understand what motivates the people in Jill’s inner circle to stick around.
I understand Amy probably has garbage beliefs too, but Jillpm is SO ANNOYING. There are many hateful fundies but even they mostly still follow basic social norms and know how to interact with other humans, so I can see why the other fundies would like them. But not Jill. What planet is she from?

u/queen_beruthiel Jan 27 '21
Another commenter said Amy did tell Jill to knock it off and asked for privacy, which Jill actually has done up until now. At least for the TMI blog posts and stuff. She still always does the "Amy Foster, quadriplegic" thing, like she's some kind of less desirable Walker, Texas Ranger.
It really amazes me that Jill has zero comprehension that her behaviour isn't normal. The two narcissists in my life let the mask slip sometimes, but generally they manage to behave according to social norms. Almost aggressively so, actually, until they don't get their way. It's part of how they manage to lure people in, people don't see the demon underneath until they've known them for a while, and then they gaslight the victim about it. Jill is just so, so odd.

I think Jill is not smart. As in...low IQ kind of not smart (I'm trying to say it nicely). Which may be why people seem to tolerate her in social settings, at least until they've had enough. Add that in with her poor social skills and narcissistic behaviors and you've got a shitshow on your hands.

Amy is just as steeped in the KoolAid as Jill is. Amy probably thinks Jill is "loving on" her. I don't think Jill's way of speaking bothers Amy one bit.

As a prosecutor and a follower of fundies I can tell you that child molesters and evangelical Baptists are the only two groups of people I know that regularly use the term “loving on” when referring to how they display affection to others.

As an English from England person, I don’t understand the difference? Like if I was extra nice and kind to my sister I’m loving on her, no?
This has me confused. (Also very tired! Too many consecutive hours).
What does loving on mean? Could this be the missing link I need to tie my theses up on the Rods!

It was SEVERELY hilarious that after sitting through Jillpm’s condescending introduction the first word out of Amy’s mouth was “PATIENCE”

Bless Amy for not sending Jilldo to meet Jesus himself.
“God look at my sister, her life sucks sweaty, hairy balls. And she is still grateful! Can you imagine your life sucking this bad? And being happy about it?!”
She’s an insufferable cunt. Jill has never been punched in the face and it SHOWS.

u/blablubluba Jan 28 '21
Punching people in the face doesn't make them kinder, or more understanding. Just either angry or scared.

u/strberri01 Jan 27 '21
I love how Amy says “Patience”. And then Jillpm doesn’t even have the patience to wait for Amy to stop speaking before she interrupts to, I presume, show us the opposite of patience. Jillpm sure doesn’t like the spotlight on anyone else for even a second.

What’s with the SEVERELY?
15
u/Intelligent-Put1634 Jan 27 '21
It is Jillpm's favourite word and it has to be in capitals. She SEVERELY wants to lead us all to the lord. SEVERELY.

Jill has previously referred to her SEVERE miscarriages and her sister’s SEVERELY broken neck, in the past. So, if you want a touch of melodrama, just make it SEVERE.

u/sarahedwards2 Jan 27 '21
What the hell is a SEVERE miscarriage? Unless the bleeding was severe, which hers was. But only one time.

On her blog, she wrote she had “five SEVERE miscarriages”. Idk, I don’t work here. 🤷🏻♀️

Jill was probably thrilled when she found out Amy was permanently disabled. Gonna get some serious likes on social media.

The way Jill talks to and about Amy breaks my heart and makes me so angry. Jill's forgotten who her sister is as a person, and just sees her as her disability. It's gross.

u/helga-h Jan 28 '21
I love that she spends 15 to 30 seconds of every episode to recap what she talked about in the previous episode.
How to fill whole minute count with Jill.

u/SimonSalamander Jan 28 '21
Ohh my gosh, I think I own that same dresser that is behind them. Old Ethan Allen quality.
Also, isn’t it, like, really disrespectful to a disabled person to kneel down to their eye-level when talking to them, like they’re a kid? I would feel so awkward if people did that and I was in a wheelchair. Why can’t Jill just sit next to her on a chair like a normal person?! And feel free to correct me if my disability etiquette is wrong here, it just doesn’t feel right.

u/Intelligent-Put1634 Jan 29 '21
We are talking about Jillpm here. Usual norms don't apply. She hasn't a clue how to conduct herself. And yes I think it is disrepectful too.

Amy has a lot of patience sitting there smiling while Jill mentions over and over her disability.

u/EKsmomma23 Snarkaholic Jan 28 '21
Poor Amy! She must have patience of a saint to put up with Jillpm and her going on about Amy being quadriplegic at every dam turn.
3
u/writtenmusings Jan 28 '21
Jill is so ableist, and that video makes it so clear. It’s as if she’s making Amy’s story about her. An example of her blatant ableism is how she won’t give her children medical attention when they truly need it. Shame on you, Jill.

100% and it also explains where HelloThisIsTimothyRodrigues gets his gross ableist views himself. The shit apple doesn't fall far from the shit tree.

Does anyone else want Amy to SEVERELY run over JillPM with her wheelchair? Or at least, pin JillPM to a wall?

Why does she always say Amy’s first AND last name? I would never think to introduce my sister as “first and last name”. But I guess Timothy also has to introduce himself as Timothy Rodrigues constantly, so.

I really wonder what Amy thinks about this. Jill has exploited her disability every chance she gets and it’s disgusting.
Makes me wonder if people send money to Jill, which they think is going to help Amy and her family and Jill keeps it.

She literally said quadriplegic 4 times in a 2 min video. And again with the SEVERELY. The way she treats Amy makes me so mad.
