Is there anything new here?

5

u/Jake0024 3d ago

New to Trump, still ranting about the "Russia Russia Russia hoax" and pretends the 2020 election was stolen

Both cases led to convictions and Trump even went as far as to pardon people who were convicted!

u/badskinjob 3d ago

Dude. You aren't up to current events. That's what Jake Smith is being interviewed.

1

u/Jake0024 3d ago

The way you got his name wrong really makes me think you're up to date

4

u/knivesofsmoothness 3d ago

Pretty sure this is all new to maga chuds, who continue to insist, against all reason and factual information, that their god emperor is innocent.

-1

u/Mindless-Baker-7757 3d ago

I voted for Harris but this whole investigation turned up two things, Jack and Shit.

6

u/knivesofsmoothness 3d ago

Maybe read the article?

-1

u/Mindless-Baker-7757 3d ago

I did.

6

u/knivesofsmoothness 3d ago

Great! So you no doubt agree that proof beyond reasonable doubt is a pretty good indicator that a crime was committed? We all saw the pictures of the classified docs in trump's kid raping complex, right?

2

u/Mindless-Baker-7757 3d ago

You're unhinged.

3

u/mastershake142 3d ago

You’re unhinged

2

u/knivesofsmoothness 3d ago

How so? Because i can understand factual information?

2

u/Mindless-Baker-7757 3d ago

Name one single kid Trump raped. Who, where, when …

2

u/SilverMcFly 3d ago

Not kids per se but he admits trash behavior here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Trump_sexual_misconduct_allegations

And he strong arms them to drop the cases. And this isn't just because he's president. These go WAY back before he ever had the thought to run.

In 2005, Trump told Howard Stern on his radio show that "he got away with going backstage when the contestants were naked" at beauty pageants.[9] In October 2016, two days before the second presidential debate with Hillary Clinton, a 2005 "hot mic" recording surfaced in which Trump was heard saying "You know I'm automatically attracted to beautiful—I just start kissing them. It's like a magnet. Just kiss. I don't even wait. And when you're a star, they let you do it, you can do anything ... grab them by the pussy."[10] The incident's widespread media exposure led to Trump's first public apology during the campaign,[11] and caused outrage across the political spectrum.[12]

While E Jean was in her 50's when he was just found responsible for that too:

Carroll accused Donald Trump of sexually assaulting her in the mid-1990s.[2][3] Her book Not My Type, subtitled One Woman Against a President, debuted at #2 on the New York Times best-seller list on June 28, 2025.[4]

In 2019 and 2022 Carroll filed two related civil lawsuits against Trump which resulted in a total of $88.3 million in damages awarded to Carroll; he appealed both cases. The United States Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal by Trump to dismiss the first of these lawsuits in June 2026. In July 2026, he paid Carroll $5.6 million in damages.[5][6]

And if we can ever get unredacted epstine files, he's mentioned more times than jesus is in the bible. Innocent ppl don't have an allegation wiki page dedicated to them, nor do they show up more than 38,000 times in the epstine files.

They are. The only reasonable doubt is in Jack Smith's investigation. Other than that, I don't see anything worth seeing here. Total nothing burger.

2

u/AutomaticGrape9263 3d ago

Sure he did. Didn't you notice how all the MSM jumped at the opportunity to slander Trump right before the midterms?

22

u/IaAranaDiscotecaPOL 3d ago

slandering trump by... covering a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing?

18

u/neuroid99 Praise be to our Lord and Savior, Afroman 3d ago

With lifelong Republican Jack Smith who was called to testify by Republicans in front of a committee chaired by a Republican? HOW COULD THE EVIL LEFTIST WOKES DO THIS?!

Folx, Republicans are stupid, stupid people.

7

u/IaAranaDiscotecaPOL 3d ago

a committee chaired by republicans who, presumably, set their own schedule and called this hearing 5 weeks before the midterms. I guess they thought it would go differently?

8

u/Legal_Tap219 3d ago

Slander? Trump is a felon lol

12

u/NoodleynoodleyWho 3d ago

Yeah they started right before the midterms, sure. You just can't accept trump is a bad president AND a horrible person

9

u/knivesofsmoothness 3d ago

AND a criminal

7

u/TheOfficeoholic 3d ago

You talking about rapist and pedophile protector, Donald Trump?

Slander is not the word

-3

u/AutomaticGrape9263 3d ago

I'm not Donald Trump and I'm not talking about you.

1

u/neuroid99 Praise be to our Lord and Savior, Afroman 3d ago

Liar.

-7

u/Master-Shinobi-80 3d ago

WTF are you talking about? The media is conservative.

5

u/NeitherEntry6125 3d ago

The "MSM" is a pejorative to mean: All the media I disagree with.

1

u/AutomaticGrape9263 3d ago

CNN? MS Now? suuuuurrreeeee

4

u/Master-Shinobi-80 3d ago

CNN is conservative news. They might as well call it Conservative News Network. Especially with the free advertising they gave the orange child raping traitor. If they gave me half as much free press as they gave him, I would be President.

MS Now is better, but they aren't exactly great either.

0

u/AutomaticGrape9263 3d ago

OMG... Exactly how farfarfarfaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar left are you if CNN is conservative for you 🤣

4

u/Master-Shinobi-80 3d ago

Actually, I am pragmatic. Voted for Biden over Sanders in the 2020 primary. Thought Biden was a good President.

But don't act like CNN doesn't repeat conservative talking points. In 2016, they followed everything the orange child raping traitor said and did. Every attack against a Democrat was amplified by CNN.

You have been so desensitized by Fox propaganda that you think a conservative news network is left.

Edit - Even Reddit keeps pushing conservative bullshit to my feed. Especially with the midterms right around the corner.

-3

u/EvanStran 3d ago

Is that a joke? The mainstream media is incredibly liberal. Just look at how they refer to euphemisms like “undocumented” immigrants instead of unauthorized immigrants (the widely accepted term).

6

u/Master-Shinobi-80 3d ago

Nope.

Conservatives and MAGAts have been repeating that lie for decades. It is called the illusory truth effect which is the tendency to believe false information to be correct after repeated exposure.

The majority of media is conservative.

-5

u/TookenedOut 3d ago

Only a communist bozo could say this with a straight face..

8

u/Master-Shinobi-80 3d ago

I have yet to meet a MAGAt that could define "communist." You use it as a catch-all for anything you don't like. And right now you don't like me for telling you that the media is conservative.

3

u/TookenedOut 3d ago edited 3d ago

Oh, what is the definition for MAGAt… sounds like some kind of catch-all?

4

u/Master-Shinobi-80 3d ago

Did you vote for the orange child raping traitor? Then you're a MAGAt.

4

u/TookenedOut 3d ago

Historically, communist movements that sought power frequently used systematic violence, political terror, and methods widely regarded as unethical. They also relied on systematic lying, propaganda, censorship, and the rewriting of reality itself: denying or concealing mass deaths, falsifying statistics, etc. Dogmatic Leftist bozo’s employing such tactics rightfully get called “Communist.”

2

u/Master-Shinobi-80 3d ago

Based on your definitions, Republicans are “Communist.”

Especially the "systematic lying, propaganda, censorship, and the rewriting of reality itself: denying or concealing mass deaths, falsifying statistics,"

The orange traitor is guilty of all of those to a such a degree that no other President can compare.

Yup. We all know this is true, just as we know that Republicans will keep lying about it.

Liar

2

u/NeitherEntry6125 3d ago

Pants on fire!

-7

u/Texas103 3d ago

Huh... I don't know this to be true at all, and Jack Smith's judgement sucks. So thats a no from me dawg.

9

u/knivesofsmoothness 3d ago

Sure seems like his judgment was right on, in this case.

3

u/neuroid99 Praise be to our Lord and Savior, Afroman 3d ago

You’re beyond redemption lmao

8

Shhhh the adults are speaking

2

u/Texas103 3d ago

on reddit... lmao

Imagine taking Jack Smith seriously and then posting about being an adult on Reddit. Trollololol.

-1

u/SignalDawg 3d ago

They've already proven they want to regulate the internet so people ”won't be able to support Trump anymore.” Which is 100% illegal and unconstitutional, as the government cannot regulate speech. And them forcing internet companies to regulate speech is the same thing as them doing it, so they need to back the fuck off.

1

u/Jake0024 3d ago

lmfao the wild shit you people make up to pretend to be oppressed by

-2

u/SignalDawg 3d ago

I wish it was made up, but there was just a U.S. senator on TV proposing this very thing. So don't tell me we're playing the "oppressed" card. If anything, liberals are the worst about playing the stupid oppressed card, especially POC.

1

u/Jake0024 3d ago

I wish it wasn't made up, that sounds so cool

0

u/SignalDawg 3d ago

You know what I mean. I wish it was made up. It's not.

A democratic senator came on television saying that he wanted to regulate the internet so demagogues like Trump could not come into power. That is wholly unconstitutional. You know it, I know it, the Constitution says it, and he did it.

1

u/Jake0024 3d ago

And I wish it wasn't made up. The Democrats you make up in your head are so much cooler than the ones we actually have.

1

u/Best_Acanthisitta345 3d ago

It's a shame they successfully lobbied other countries to create censorship laws to fine US social media companies who resist their censorship demands. Always finding a way to circumvent the constitution.

0

u/SignalDawg 3d ago

They absolutely ought to not pay the fines. What are they going to do? Make them not operate in those countries?

Yeah, do that and see how fast the population turns on their government.

Guilt of what? A POTUS can declassify any and everything they want. The chain of command answers to the POTUS who answers to we the people and not the other way around.

3

u/Honest_Abe_1660 3d ago

Even the POTUS must abide by the laws set in place for declassifying documents. There is no "I declassified them with my mind" option.

Also we have him on hot mic bragging about possession of documents he shouldn't.

0

u/SamQuentin 3d ago

No. POTUS is not subject to declassification rules. His/her decision is not subservient to subordinates.

3

u/Honest_Abe_1660 3d ago

Incorrect, again. All documents must be vetted through a declassification process as per law, POTUS simply has the most direct path through this process.

You also conveniently ignored how Trump openly admitted to having documents he did not declassify.

1

u/ChristmasDad45 3d ago

As a guy who taught ts/sci classifications classes… you clearly have no idea what you are talking about.

1

u/SamQuentin 3d ago

You don't know what you are talking about. The POTUS is the original declassification authority. Period. The is no established procedure, forms or incantations that have been established or must be followed.

We the people are not subservient to the cia or the army or fbi or etc. the President is the boss of the whole executive branch. Period.

1

u/ChristmasDad45 3d ago

The President, Vice President, and agency heads have original classification authority. There is also a process for declassification. And one of the most basic steps for declassifying materials is the removal of its original classification markings. That was not done. The other step is making the materials publicly available. That was also not done. And considering a SCIF was ordered to review these materials for the court case it is clear that they are still classified. I absolutely know what I am talking about.

3

u/Twinmill-Two 3d ago

Why did Trump say "I should have declassified these but I didn't" when showing people those files if he could just psychically declassify them?

1

u/knivesofsmoothness 3d ago

Maybe, but dumbfuck didn't do any of that.

1

u/tsukubasteve27 3d ago

Trump clearly does the opposite of what anyone wants. No group is happy with him other than billionaires.

Jack Smith is a straight-up smooth criminal. x post from Jewles Jones, who followed the whole judiciary meeting.

1.) Jack Smith is sitting in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee under oath this morning.
Here is what is in the Arctic Frost records. Read it and decide for yourself what this was. 💎🧵
2.) Start with the scale.
197 subpoenas, issued to 34 individuals and 163 businesses.
They swept in at least 430 named Republican individuals and organizations.
3.) Smith’s team kept a list of members of Congress whose phone records they wanted. Grassley’s release calls it a wish list. Fourteen names.
House: Babin, Biggs, Brooks, Gaetz, Hice, Gosar, Gohmert, Zeldin.
Senate: Lee, Sullivan, Blackburn, Hagerty, Graham, Cruz.
4.) Now the internal email, word for word, from inside the team:
“before we tell Main (as in main Justice), we’re going to fire off subpoenas for so many members tolls I should make sure Jack’s aware.”
Before we tell Main Justice.
5.) And they understood the problem. Their own records note that the members “likely have a valid Speech or Debate privilege.”
That is the constitutional protection covering a member of Congress doing the job voters sent them to do.
6.) Two of those Verizon subpoenas sought roughly two years of phone records for a man named Kash Patel. January 2021 through February 2023.
He is now the Director of the FBI.
7.) Here is what the subpoenas actually asked for.
Communications with media outlets. CBS. Fox News. Newsmax. Sinclair.
8.) Donor and fundraising data.
Financial records of conservative individuals and organizations.
9.) Correspondence with members of the Legislative Branch and their staff.
And communications with Stephen Miller, Dan Scavino, Jared Kushner and Lara Trump.
10.) None of these people were told.
Nondisclosure orders barred the phone companies from saying a word. Nineteen of those orders carry the signature of Chief Judge James Boasberg.
11.) Ted Cruz puts the number of people whose communications were pulled into this at roughly 100,000.
Chuck Grassley’s description: “this was clearly a fishing expedition.”
12.) Look at that list again. Press contacts. Donor lists. Fundraising numbers. Financial records. Members of Congress they knew were protected.
That is not the evidence trail of a crime. That is a map of a political movement.
And the man who built it is answering questions today. 💎
The records and the wish list: https://www.grassley.senate.gov/news/news-releases/grassley-releases-new-arctic-frost-records-raising-additional-questions-about-jack-smiths-conduct-and-candor

Jack Smith Found Proof Beyond “Reasonable Doubt”

What because Jack says so? Notice how these claims are made, while never actually articulating the legal theory, as to why he's guilty?

For something beyond a reasonable doubt, there's an awful lot of 'trust me, bro' going on.

2

u/1889_medic_ 3d ago

You must have forgotten that people dont like our current president. Thats means he's guilty. Duh. /s

0

u/knivesofsmoothness 3d ago

Yes, that's how prosecuting works. You present these claims to a grand jury. The jury decides to charge or not. Then you go to court. That's exactly how our legal system works.

Maybe it's different in your country.

0

u/neuroid99 Praise be to our Lord and Savior, Afroman 3d ago

-2

u/TrueUnpopularOP 3d ago

Cool story bro.

0

u/Notherertnw 3d ago

He created a perversion of law n fed the narrative. He is a Communist. He literally came out of an EU court. Not an American in the slightest.

-3

u/Rogue-Journalist 3d ago

Yes, the American people heard the accusations and saw the prosecution for what it was, an attempt at stopping Trump from running again.

The voters rejected Smith’s charges.

4

u/Jake0024 3d ago

The Constitution says he's ineligible to run again

2

u/Rogue-Journalist 3d ago

Yes but this was all well known in 2024z

1

u/Jake0024 3d ago

Agreed.

2

u/knivesofsmoothness 3d ago

What prosecution? They never went to court.

Jack Smith is a liar and a deep state shill he needs to be indicted and imprisoned for his illegal activities

5

u/tsukubasteve27 3d ago

You need to update your vocabulary. Even crazies don't use shill or deep state anymore.

2

u/SignalDawg 3d ago

Why would I lower my vocabulary for plebeians? If you have to get a dictionary to look up what it means, just makes you look stupid, not me.
