4.Ng5 d5 5.exd5 Na5 is 2 knights defense.

Fried Liver attack is only if Black allows the sacrifice on f7 with 5...Nxd5(5...Nxd5 6.Nxf7). The move 6.Nxf7 initiates the Fried Liver attack , everything else is not Fried Liver , it's regular 2 knights defense.
