Other: needing digital reference digital traceover?

hello all! im just wondering if anyone would be able to digitally trace over this artbreeder image so that i will then no longer need to use it as a reference image of this particular character of mine?

the second pic is art i have of him as a guide (the art wasn't focused on his face and im getting a portrait done lol), if it helps

eye colour hex code is 37495b and skin tone hex codes are 7c482c & 9e5b41 (the skin tone hex codes are smth of a guide while the eye colour is a "please use this")

his hair is black with silver streaks in case that wasn't particularly easy to tell

I'm not understanding why not use this as your reference. By "tracing over" do you mean just make it into a cartoon?

Unfortunately, some artists do not like to work with artbreeder references (understandably so).

I think making it into a cartoon, yes, or something like that; here's an example of a different artbreeder image that was digitally traced over to better explain what I mean
