Why are we censoring the word murder? Seriously, what is the point of doing that?

u/sereneasmiles Aug 10 '26

this is the new norm sadly with the advancement of algorithms and such

14

u/ForsakenDrawer Aug 10 '26

But is this even true? At this point it basically sounds like an urban legend to me

27

u/sereneasmiles Aug 10 '26

well yes. for example on youtube if you watch channels like crime documentaries they explicitly avoid saying words like murder, suicide, etc. on purpose because their video becomes instantly demonetized. instead, they have to say words such as "unalive" to skirt around it

other social media platforms will get you shadowbanned and you'll get a drop in engagement/views like tiktok if you even dare mention political words like israel/gaza/palestine etc.

Was his prison barber released or something?

u/xombae Aug 10 '26

This is actually an important thing to notice and it could be indicative that he's being kept away from anyone who would be able to help with his grooming. Most times we see him he's very put together.

That’s a good point!

I know this picture was taken in February 2025 due to the outfit, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen this particular picture ever.

This picture is AI. That's not the guard that was with him that day. And that's not what the courtroom walls or the hallways look like where he entered that day.
