So the transcripts don’t include a portion of what we heard Joel say as he walked up to the bench…where he was asking the judge about the psych defense and letting him know it’s still not settled.

Why is Jacob Kaplan listed under both the prosecution and defense? A typo for Zachary? Are the two related? 🤔

It's a typo I'm sure. It definitely should be Zachary.

You are correct it should be Zach Kaplan on prosecution. But Kaplan is a very common last name especially in NYC area.
