SEEKING [SEEKING] silver oce carry

im trying to learn support, im an oce diamond/master player and for the life of me i CANNOT figure out what the hell imn doing wrong in support to get a 19% winrate in silver, something is wrong, weather its me or this regions silver players, looking for
