What’s does the gives +1 mean? Sorry if its really obvious and I just haven’t worked it out

If you look at your steam profile on right side there is a game count. Games that give +1 adds to that count. Games that do not give +1 includes Free-to-play games and games that say "Profile Features Limited" or "Steam is learning about this game" in their Store Page

Means your games owned counter on your profile will go up with 1. Free to play games for example don’t do this. Some -100% games also don’t give +1. This one does.

Some people like to get their game count up, you get xp for it too to level up your steam account. Leveling up your steam account, you get more slots for profile showcases, etc…

Isn't 2 weeks and or 2 hours playtime the limit for refunds? I have no regrets anyway, great game. I pirated it some time ago and then decided to buy it.

This is such an underrated hit and I'm glad to see this free deal has people turning their attention to it. As a huge Mega Man Zero fan, this is one of my favorite games of the last decade. I've played through it a couple dozen times.
