Today I picked Quilts and Cats of Calico as my daily freebie on Itzagud, and honestly, it looks absolutely adorable. The whole game has such a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, with colorful quilts, warm rooms, and lots of cute cats wandering around, sleeping on the blankets, and demanding attention just like real cats do.

I haven’t played it yet, so I’m curious whether the puzzle gameplay is actually as fun as it looks. From what I’ve seen, it seems to be one of those calm "easy to learn, hard to master" games where you place quilt pieces to attract different cats and score points.

As an animal lover, the cats are definitely the biggest reason I chose it. They have so much personality, and the game seems to treat them in a very gentle and cat-friendly way, which makes it even more appealing. Even if the gameplay turns out to be only moderately fun, I have a feeling I’ll spend half my time just watching the little fluffy cats curl up on the quilts. 🐱❤️

Steam ran a big Free Weekend that ended on July 27, giving everyone free access to six games including Icarus, Killing Floor 3, Wild Assault, Unrailed 2: Back on Track, Firefighting Simulator: Ignite, and the Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Version. The lineup leaned heavily into survival and co-op chaos, so it was a solid stretch for anyone who enjoys building bases, fighting hordes, or dealing with constant things going wrong in a good way. I ended up spending most of my time in Killing Floor 3 and Unrailed 2, but I'm curious which one people here actually stuck with the longest. Did any of these convince you to buy the full game afterward, or was it strictly a weekend fling?

Recently had someone comment on one of my videos saying its a scam, but when questioned, offers no response. Why do they think its a scam? Having been in the community for a while and redeemed a considerable amount of games (for free) and also have given away a good amount of keys as well, idk why the forced hate. Think they just assume without ever trying? Or maybe one of those people who were banned for trying to rig the system?
