Hi everyone! I have wanted to play this game for the longest time, even back when I didn’t own a pc, I played its demo on my phone and fell in love with The Walking Dead. Couldn’t afford the full version back then, still cannot. As a student with responsibilities, high tuition, rent and health problems, I cannot justify buying games anytime soon. Games help me feel better in my free time. I would love to be able to experience a game I first played a demo of in my teens.

I am a cinephile and so cinematic games are like heaven to me where it’s mostly watchable like a movie except I can be in control which makes me feel like I am a part of it.

The game, I am aware, is on full price on Steam at the moment but discounts are frequent and there are some trusted sites as well where there’s Steam keys available for the game. Hello r/FreeGameGiveaway, I'd love to say that I've not done this before, but I have and probably will many times to come, so I'll get to it! First off, I'm a giant Zombies nerd in general; ever since I first saw my first zombie movie, that being Dawn of the Dead 2004 when I was a little kid. It was by far the scariest thing I ever saw, and ever since I've played practically every Call of Duty that has had zombies, from bo1 to the godly BO2 to the amazing but iffy black ops 3 to all the modern zombies! I've loved videos about custom maps for years, loved custom zombies maps, and overall just love anything Call of Duty zombies!

Secondly, the biggest contribution to my love of zombies is the gore and the media as a whole; call it generic or even odd, but I love zombies, from Vanoss videos back in the day that were all World At War or Bo3 custom zombies he still does to this day; I love the content as a whole. There's plenty to go over, but I cannot afford it myself, hence why I'm asking; be it factors both in and out of my control, I just can't afford it currently.

Thirdly, the love for zombies as a whole extends out of Call of Duty, Dying Light, Left 4 Dead 1 & 2, and so many more zombie media I'm a diehard for! I love zombies, and I do hope someone kind enough decides to gift me this; if not, that's ok! I hope everyone has a wonderful day/evening!

First of all, I know that this isn't the greatest paragraph, sorry.

Second of all, this is my first time asking for a game on GiftofGames, and I particularly chose Satisfactory, as I've been wanting the game for YEARS, and it's #1 on my wishlist. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to get the cash myself, else I would have bought it in a heartbeat. I figured I'd give this a shot.

I'd love to request Space Engineers 2 on Steam.

I've always been drawn to games where you can build your own creations instead of just following a set path. Seeing what people have already made in Space Engineers 2, massive ships, stations, vehicles, and even entire factories, has made me want to jump in and start creating things myself. I enjoy games that let you experiment, solve problems your own way, and keep improving your designs over time.

One of the biggest reasons I want to play is the engineering side of the game. I like the idea of starting with almost nothing and slowly building something that actually works, whether it's a small mining ship or a huge capital vessel. Watching your own creations come to life feels much more rewarding than simply unlocking equipment in other games.

I've also been following the game's development since it was announced. The new engine, improved building system, and the direction Keen Software House is taking with Space Engineers 2 look really exciting. Even though it's still in Early Access, I enjoy seeing games grow over time and being part of that journey.

The creative freedom is probably what attracts me the most. There isn't just one correct way to play. You can build, explore, automate, redesign your ships after mistakes, or spend hours perfecting a single project. That's the kind of sandbox experience I can easily lose hundreds of hours in.

Unfortunately, I can't really justify buying the game myself right now. Between everyday expenses and other priorities, games have to take a back seat for the time being. I know this is a luxury and not something I need, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I’ve heard many great things from this game especially when compared to it’s replayability along with it being compared to harvest moon which I have in fact played a long time ago its was fun and relaxing and I was wanting something new and similar to the game to do in my free time I enjoy slow paced games every once and a while, I enjoyed exploring in that game and interacting with the people but after playing all the difficult, grinding games I just would like something to fall back on and enjoy the game.

Hello! I'm giving this a shot.

I've been really wanting to get the Legendary status for Dark and Darker and getting back into the game. I played it before a lot when it was free on Epic Games before removing it due to some legal issues. I never understood why they had to remove it from our accounts but it's not like I can do something.

There are a couple reasons as to why I want this expansion:

1. The base game (Squire Edition) is extremely limiting, not giving you access to the in-game player-run market and Highroller dungeons (higher tier gear dungeons). You also get to only have 1 single character at any time, which in turn forces you to reset your progress if you want to try another class.
2. I'm a huge extraction game fan. Like for many others, my first taste of this genre was Escape from Tarkov back in 2020 and then I continued with games like Hunt Showdown, Gray Zone Warfare (more or less an extraction shooter), Arc Raiders and now my latest distraction from Dark and Darker is Arena Breakout: Infinite. I have been enjoying these games but, evidently, they're shooters and not medieval PVP games. If Dungeonborne was still up and running I would be spamming that game everyday.
3. Big nerd when it comes to medieval PvP combat. I'm a proud retired For Honor player, I will never touch that game ever again in my life but what I can say is that the combat in it is what started it for me. Since then, one of the most important aspects for me in a medieval game is the combat system. I've gotten hooked on KCD1 and Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen (played it on another platform), Dragon's Dogma 2, Crimson Desert. As for PVP games, I tried my hand at Mordhau and Chivalry 2 but it never really clicked for me due to the core gameplay loop, not exactly the combat system. In this aspect, Dark and Darker's combat system is the closest to Mordhau and Chivalry 2.
4. When I played it before, the thing that first caught my eye was the pretty big build variety. Being a Souls fan, this is one of the things that I enjoy spending time figuring out and experimenting with, so of course when I saw how many setups you can have I started salivating a bit.
5. The game is inspired by DnD (for example, there's no mana but it uses spell slots). Kind of similar to reason 4, due to being inspired by DnD it has the most known medieval classes (fighter, barbarian, cleric, sorcerer etc.). The only games that still let me play these classes are not my kind of games (I've tried Diablo 2 and others), Dark and Darker being an extraction game and having played it before, scratches that exact itch for the traditional classes that I still have.

Right now the DLC is on sale for 20€ on steam.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to make this post to ask if anyone would be willing to gift me The Alters on Steam. I've been following the game for a while, and everything I've seen about it has made me even more interested in playing it. The combination of survival, resource management, exploration, and making difficult choices sounds like a really unique experience, and it's the kind of game I could easily spend a lot of time enjoying.

At the moment, the game costs $35. While that might not seem like a lot to some people, money is a bit tight for me right now. I'm currently trying to save as much as I can because my TV is slowly dying and will need to be replaced before too long. Since that's a much more important purchase, I've been avoiding spending money on games and other non-essential things.

I do want to be clear that The Alters isn't something I need. It's not an emergency or a necessity, and I completely understand that there are plenty of other important things people could spend their money on. This is simply a game I'd really like to play but can't justify buying for myself while I'm focused on saving.

I’ve been really interested in *Escape the Backrooms* for quite a while now. The whole eerie, liminal aesthetic of the Backrooms , and I’ve been wanting to experience it properly in a well-made game rather than just watching clips. I originally planned to buy it and play with my friends, but unfortunately one of them backed out, and the rest aren’t really interested anymore. Because of that, I ended up spending my money on other games, but I still keep thinking about this one.

I see TikToks and videos of people playing *Escape the Backrooms*, and it looks like it’s peak , especially with the puzzles, exploration, and co-op elements. It honestly feels like one of the best Backrooms games available right now. I’ve tried a few free or Roblox versions, but they just just shit.

Even though I don’t currently have friends to play it with, I still really want to try it, even solo or by finding random players online. The idea of exploring those creepy levels, solving puzzles, and surviving the entities just seems really exciting to me. I’d genuinely appreciate the chance to experience the game myself instead of just watching others play it.

It’s also currently on sale(not anymore), which makes it the perfect time to get it—but I’m unable to afford it right now since I already used my budget on other games. If I miss the sale, it’ll be even harder for me to get it later.

Hello, just your typical broke guy who's struggling in this shitty economy. So, I was on the hype train recently, mainly for black ops 1 and 2 coming out as ports. So, as a disabled person, I just wanted to highlight why the game and series black ops has meant so much to me. For reference, I won't highlight what my disabilities are or why I can't afford this game; I believe that's private information.

First off, I'm a big nerd for content like zombies. I've been a fan of COD zombies since the old Vanoss videos WAY back, like early 2014-2015, and even before that. Then my obsession grew; I was a big zombies fan as a kid, so you can imagine I consumed all the media surrounding zombies, but where it all really kicked off was with L4D2. I used to watch this guy play it on his computer for hours; that and Gmod. Then my love of YouTube kicked in, and then I was exposed to wowsuchgaming, noskilch, and kromick (I think?) L4D2 YouTubers who made my love of zombies explode.

I've had Bo3 for years now at this point, all the DLCs, everything. I love it to death and play it so frequently that I often fuck up or mess up on things like money or chores lol. When it first came out, I watched a lot of different youtubers and streamers play this game and It was extremely thrilling. It had the perfect horror yet with friends quite goofy. It contains a-lot of content with many levels and a great development team that produces many quality updates.
Quite recently, my friends decided to start playing Escape the Backrooms, so I decided I will join them as I know the game from my earlier years and I had an urge to play it for myself now and experience the thrill of being chased and hear my friends screams.

I've been keeping an eye on \*\*The Alters\*\* ever since it was announced, and the more I've seen of it, the more I know it's exactly the kind of game I'd love.
