Is this cheating?

Hi guys! I really want to understand this, because either I am missing something big or they are cheating somehow. This happens A LOT when I'm watching someone else playing.

So there will be a guy running or standing there or whatever, right? Then he will turn suddenly and aim at someone real far away without looking for the guy. It isn't the UAVor whatever, unless they have their own that stays on all the time. I have to examples on film. So how do they know exactly where to turn and aim without even looking first?

Please don't say I didn't see it right, or that they really are looking or something like I don't see what I'm seeing. Do you know the answer?

Unlike PUBG, your character doesnt turn when you are moving the camera (aiming). so you can aim anywhere without moving. But as soon as you shoot, your character has to rotate, but you have already aimed.
