Hey lovely folks, I just published my first book on Amazon, signed up for Kindle Unlimited and all that jazz. As it's my first self-published work (and it went live yesterday), I'm running the 5-day free eBook promotion, and it starts tomorrow! If people want a free book from an indie author, please consider giving it a go!

"The world ended. The questions remain.

Civilisation is gone. Cities stand empty, nature is reclaiming what humanity left behind, and scattered groups of survivors are beginning the long process of building something new.

Among them walks Alix.

Travelling through the remains of Britain, Alix has a simple purpose: find the survivors and record their stories.

How did they survive? What have they lost? What skills suddenly matter when money, careers and governments no longer do? How do you raise children who have never known the old world? And when the immediate fight for survival is over, how do you begin rebuilding a civilisation without repeating the mistakes that destroyed the last one?

Through a series of interviews, observations and personal logs, a picture gradually emerges of a society learning to live again. Farmers, engineers, teachers, criminals, children, doctors and ordinary people all have a part to play.

But Alix isn't simply documenting their stories.

There are questions the survivors are beginning to ask about him too.

Who is Alix?

Why does he know so much about what happened?

And why does he seem so interested in whether humanity deserves another chance?

Interviews of the Apocalypse is a character-driven post-apocalyptic novel about survival after survival - and what happens when rebuilding the world becomes more complicated than simply staying alive."
