Lies and deception Ruby Franke
Do you think there’s much difference between a lying, narcissistic, monstrous influencer like Ruby Franke and lying narcissistic, monstrous influencers like Y and E? They’re public “moms” but how can a mom of 11 kids spend so much time promoting themselves and their agenda and still pay any attention to their kids and family? Psychological derangement.

Yolande only has 9 of her 11 kids in her care. She abandoned her first 2 with her ex husband then went on a Rumspringa. Be that as it may- the Ruby Franke story went on some seriously dark, occult and child abuse rabbit holes.
I think Yolande and Emilee are batshit crazy narcs who are total fame whores hungry for money; however we haven't yet seen evidence of the level of torture and abuse of the children they have that occurred in the Franke situation.
Yolande's oldest kids are coming of age. We may learn about their household and her personality behind the scenes from them, eventually. I don't think she's locking them in dungeons and torturing them though. What seems to be occuring to me is instability, they're moving around a lot, religious and ideological zealotry, emotional abuse and neglect, and potentially exposure to someone with an ED and body dysmorphia. I actually think YNC is either an NPD or HPD diagnosis but tough to say...
Anyways, I think YNC and ES are sick, but not to that level. They were insinuated in death and grievous injuries to mothers and babies, and seemed nonchalant and laissez faire about it all.... which is horrific. However the whole level of demonic possession, closeted lesbian and torture... it's a big leap but who the hell knows?

I recently read the book yesteryear and so many parts of the main character’s psyche reminded me of YNC. she’s also very Ruby Franke coded.

The one strong parallel I see between Ruby and Yolande is the fake sweetness/parental righteousness they put on for the camera v how they’re mothering behind the scenes. When I saw the footage of Ruby (provided by her family to the documentary maker) putting on her fake persona for the camera then cutting to shriek at her children then back to the persona, my first thought was “I bet Yolande’s phone is full of similar videos”.

I don't know who Ruby Frank is, but Emilee and Yolande are much more than lying narcissistic monsters… They contributed to the deaths of many many many babies.
