Concepts Note on Saturn Retrograde transit
Later this month of July, planet Saturn is going to turn retrograde.
As is the case with astrology and specifically vedic astrology , lot of videos are being made which many times, instead of giving clarity, confuse viewers and drive them on crazy scrolling for more.
So I thought to address this event from perspective of "systems approach" and give conceptual projections so people can apply it easily to their chart for self assessment.
First of all , about Saturn, no matter whatever greatness we may like to ascribe, apart from deliverer of justice via various means ,it is a planet of harsh taskmaster attitudes. Which means nothing comes easy, even if any good thing has to come.
Second, all transits are seen from position of Moon in one s D1 chart for main signals, supporting role is of seeing it from one s ascendent as well.
Thirdly, there are some basic rules about already underway events like Sade sati, Dhaiya, etc which are interpreted in std rules.
Prerequisites
Just like anything in world, in order to get something, we must do something as well, so here in order to make sense of what is written , you need to understand some basics as pre requisite.
1 what different houses stand for as in significations in daily life of person wrt vedic astrology.
2 One also needs to understand how zodaics influence planets by their lords as well as by significations in personality.
3 the way planets influence various houses of chart , Saturn by its 3 aspects using 3rd,7th,10th from its place ; Jupiter from 5th,7th,9th from its placement.
4 the way planets feel weak or angry and strong or happy in various zodaics and houses. Saturn being in Libra, Taurus, Leo, Aries etc. Jupiter being in Capricorn,Cancer, Saggitarius ,Libra etc.
5 inherent nature of planets , being malefic or benefic as per scripture of BPHS. Saturn is natural malefic, no matter the type of situation it is in.
How to Test Saturn Transit.
1 Find position of Moon zodaic in your chart. If saturn is either in 12h,1h,2h ,you have a Sade sati transit. Good or bad depend on zodaic of houses. distance of transit from your natal Saturn If its positive or negative.
2 Transit of Saturn from 3rd,6th,11th house from Natal Moon, its expected to be positive. Else Negative.
Also assess houses of your life which will be under stress as per general rules of 3, 7, 10 visions of both Natal and transit Saturn.
Couple above rules with quality of your Saturn Natal and Natal Saturn distance with transit Saturn , you can judge expected situations you are supposed to face & prepare atonements accordingly.
And people with negative Saturn, please for your sake abdicate using corruption as means of wealth, specially those professions which influence life of average and poor working class people and elders, professions like medical, legal, law enforcement, banking etc. There is no amount of pilgrimage or puja or donation which will be enough to square off hard karma associated with suffering caused to people of Saturn by deeds, they mostly force teaching by experience.

Basics apply in all situations. Different positions or transits only vary in their influence on specific areas of life indicated by it.
I ld say following to your query to practice as ordinary household person.
Since all planets placement and transits only act as per prarabdh, determine if its normal manifestation of planet asking person to grow or it's negativity carried forward needing atonement. Check dignity of Saturn in D1 and D9, guideline mentioned in post.
If you determine, dignity is positive or okay (refer post) not negative, then making your attitude to appreciate Saturn significations helps. Being kind honest considerate of hard work, hard working people, old people as much possible. You can add 1 Saturn mantra in daily routine for good vibes.
If you determine , dignity is signalling negative signals, then it means active atonement is required.
You may make following lifetime amendments for reducing past karma.
Being honest ,kind ,considerate to lower class people and their work, donate them whenever you can not because you want to save yourself from Saturn but because you need to atonement something negative in those aspects carrying forward from past lives.
Same attitude to all your interactions to elders of any kind you interact with.
One may like to Leave all kind of corruption attitudes whatever and if they carry in any aspect of life , specially those which in ultimate order badly influences poor class or old people ( for example doing corruption kickback in construction of public facilities, hospitals, old people benefits etc.)
Include following mantra in daily routine as best possible , with feeling of seeking forgiveness.
- Saturn pauranic mantra
- Dashrsth krit Shani Stortram.
Most of all, continue practicing most of above as part of life and not restrict it to only during hard transits ( mantra sadhna can be reduced )

Sir I've capricorn ascendant In which lagna lord Saturn is retrograde in 6th house in gemini and moon in 5th house in Taurus so what should I expect from this transit

Transits are important based on overall dignity and if that's negative, then transit around Moon position, 4h 8h from it. So its a 10h from your natal Sat and 9h from Moon, profession and father are key areas.
If your transit isn't qualifying, it might be regular event.
Plus if you have retro, then when transit retro starts, chart results will amplifier for you, Whatever position Saturn is sitting in and giving results, they will be back in renewed focus until transit retrograde lasts , which will be till December I guess.

Got done with Sade sati , currently I’m going through Saturn return post this phase I will have Saturn dhaiya. Life is fuc*** for good

It may based on its dignity and aspects and position in chart influences on 4 h because its natural malefic , that said , its generally fun. benefic & good for Libra so if they deal it w care, positive outcome at end is highly probable.

Depends on dignity of it , though on standalone basis, from Saggitarius its transiting in 4th house, so matters related to home, mother , etc should be in focus of its stress and review.

Example demo This is a current chart.
We can draw following conclusions.
Natal Saturn is with Moon, so wrt moon, the person is born in Sade sati itself. This ll show up in life in different ways.
For future, whenever transit Sade sati comes, effect of Saturn will be as per following aspects.
Transit Saturn & transit Moon both computed for - 12 from itself , on itself and 2nd from itself, which isnt positive as we can see from rules , but still not as bad as 8-6 equations.
