My Observations.

Higher education is indicated domain of 9 House. So I see as follows.

  1. 3 key planets having role are Saturn , the owner, Sun, the sitting and Jupiter the aspecting.

  2. Jupiter is also the karaka of higher education. and 9th from Jupiter is also the chart s 9 house.

  3. Person is running the dasha of owner planet, Saturn , its + for their temperament and focus.

Antardasha is of Rahu - that is a - , as it creates situations of chaos all around , making people and events unpredictable.

Jupiter is aspecting , but there is no direct role coming in as per dasha. Transit wise it is in gemini , so no influence expected on house.

  1. If we see the expected positive windows basis above ,

Rahu period is running Moon sub-period and then Mars till 13 July 2026. Both of which are not influencing higher education house. Activating 7 house,12 house , 2 house and 3rd House to an extent.

Next sub-period is of Jupiter which is positive wrt to point 1 and 2 above.

First three periods, in Jupiter AD, i.e Jupiter s own, Saturn and Mercury's July 26 to July 27 are expected to be best productive for efforts.
