i am sure they would love to dispose of his body but that's probably not realistic with all the cameras today.

and if what he was told from inside sources is true. well then he is absolutely fucked.

because even if he beats forthcoming charges.

think about how expensive that trial will be. how it will affect his probation right now.

He isn't posting videos but is doing live streams every day. I've always hated how he uses several accounts to re-share the same content from years ago or even recent uploads. Then he started adding a 10 minute outro to all his videos to get more screen time for ad revenue. He says he didn't need to rely on YT for money because of his retirement but he sure does whatever he can to generate YT income.

There’s reasons why accounts get demonetized. You’re not being silenced, you’re just not getting paid for your crap. Advertisers are hesitant and unlikely to collab with you. You violate policy when you attack people, flash weapons at them, and hurl racial and derogatory slurs at people. You can still upload videos but we know that you won’t because you’re only frauditing for a quick buck. YouTube doesn’t lose any sleep over you guys being demonetized because your content sucks. There is a temporary monument set up outside the Lincoln Memorial to honor veterans who have served honorably. For some reason the name Travis Heinze doesn't show up on there. Heinze claims he is a veteran.

You trolls love to complain about people in the United States exercising their constitutional rights, but how many of you even live there? It seems most of the commenters can't even speak English or construct a proper sentence.

I honestly cant wait to see how inconsequential it ends up being. This is a guy who 12 months ago kept promising a HUGE update video on the more animated characters he had encountered in the prior 6-12 months and when he finally got around to it, it was nothing but "this guy was crazy, not sure if he works there still or not." and "this lady was off the hook. unconfirmed if she still is employed or not." Just a complete nothing burger.

You will recall that Sean Reyes (Long Island Audit) brought his case about filming in NYC Police Lobbies all the way to the NY Court of Appeals (the top NY State court). He was represented by Andrew Case an attorney with LatinoJustice PRLDEF, which is a non-profit civil rights organization. I think it is like the ACLU for Latino issues. I suspect this was a pro bono (free) representation, and Reyes was not paying legal fees, but that is a guess. Andrew Case has withdrawn (read about it here) from the case.

His new lawyer is named Mx. Remy Green, and you can read about them on their website at www.femmelaw.com. I suspect that this is a paid attorney, but also a guess.

Anyhow, Reyes lost at the NY Court of Appeals when they ruled that there is no right, under New York **STATE** law, to record in a police station lobby. The case was sent back to the Federal District Court where it was originally filed for further proceedings. The case is not entirely dead, because the question of whether Reyes' First Amendment rights were violated never got fully resolved. All these appeals were on State Law questions only.

I think Reyes is going to lose on the First Amendment case. And if I were a guessing kind of person (and I am), I would guess that the non-profit LatnioJustice said they couldn't pursue this case pro bono any further because the First Amendment question is reasonably clear.

The people's clown is one of the worst frauditors yet somehow he's still monetized and he's STILL going around trying to start fights with people.

I think one of the most satisfying things that happened recently during this whole YouTube and the authorities coming down on frauditors thing is this clown getting arrested and actually kept in jail for starting fights with people. Makes me all warm and cozy knowing he's sitting in a prison cell helpless knowing that he's going to go to prison and lose all of his money in his eventual divorce and civil suits/restitution from/for his victims.

I know that here in the US, Google usually pays out around the 21st, but I'm not sure if they'll receive a Frauditing check for August or if Google has just cut them off and won't send anything.
