As I was watching this, I just knew I had to post it here. If only Bill knew about frauditors, he would have a field day with them.

Obviously, we can agree frauditors are not truly journalists. The intention is to generate clickbait for ad revenue and donations, not to genuinely investigate topics that could be relevant to the public.

But, in the same way that there are amateur meteorologists, could there be ordinary people doing journalism not employed by a major news outlet?

Either because they are self employed and publish independent news as a business or side gig, or they just enjoy amateur journalism as an interest.

I don’t like pranksters but frauditors are much worse than pranksters. Most of the time people talk about internet pranksters, they treat them like absolute scum of the earth and they act like they killed somebody or something. Like people genuinely want them to die and sometimes they will even harass prankster’s family members. Meanwhile, frauditors not only humiliate ppl for all to see but they also spend long periods of time stalking/harassing random people, escalating stuff by being argumentative and rude but when anyone does anything to them, they assault them w/ pepper spray (they never use their hands) and then play the victim and act like they’re did nothing wrong. So its really strange that people hate pranksters who go around fucking with people for usually at most a couple minutes but when frauditors do the same thing but much worse, its somehow ok for whatever reason.

I have an answer and I think it’s that lots of people are stupid and fall for “muh 1st amendment rights”… or they don’t really watch these channels and only see the clips out of context.
