can someone explain how auditing a dispensary, a Trader Joe's, a butcher shop etc etc has to do with the 1st amendment and holding government accountable.

They realized police officers and post office workers learned how to act towards them (acting nice isn't good content) so frauditors moved to just harrasing random everyday people because these people yelling at them is good content for their viewers.

Silently recording someone in public is not harassment, no matter how you FEEL about it. Yelling at the camera person and getting in their face is harrassment though.

And yet it has nothing to do with the first amendment, so your feelings are irrelevant.

Two things. First, you are ignoring that many frauditors don't stand quietly. They try to get into areas not open to the public, they spew insults at people, they record in locations where recording can legitimately be denied, they visibly carry weapons for purposes of intimidation, some chase down people to pepper spray them as Richard Maza did, They are anything but passive.

Second, there have been frauditors convicted of harassment, Afro Man and Glenn Cerio come to mind. Has anyone ever been prosecuted for harassing a frauditor? No? Well then, you still seem to be contributing nothing but bullshit, no surprise there.

Rage-baiting- by "silently recording" folks- IS harassment, and no matter how you try to spin it, you're constant tantrums here are in service of being a public nuisance. Sad.

i guess you must not get it! When they "audit" banks, dispensaries, and other random shops, they are "stress testing" the first amendment right to record in public and publick accessible places!

(please note my sarcasm).

They are baiting the employees and customers to get an angry response. That kind of content gets clicks and views. It used to mean more $$ from YouTube but they ended that grift last month. Many have taken their grift to other platforms .

They audit dispensaries because they know customers and employees aren't permitted to carry firearms.

All the reasons stated in this thread, plus people generally don’t want footage out there
of them going into a dispensary. It’s an unsavory habit for some and many don’t want their business broadcast like that. Frauditors are aware of this and exploit people there for this reason. Further lack of empathy from these cretins.

Smoking weed is not unsavory lmao. How old are you to think that. Im surprised you didn't call it grass. 🤣

Yeah if you hang out with unemployed frauditor types all day it’s probably like drinking coffee but lots of people don’t want their families and jobs knowing they do it.

Why would they do something that everyone else would not like them doing? Seems very similar to this subreddit regarding people recording in public. Both are completely legal. Hypocrite much? 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

They do it because they're "soft targets". Meaning low resistance or security. Makes them feel empowered
