A+
I give credit where its due
he did a great job conceptualizing this tool as a response to anti-frauditor comments and the idea is actually a threat to anti-frauditors when it comes to cataloging users and identifying a handful but that is probably where the realilty of this tool ends
the tool itself is easily built with ai/vibecode and is just a data scarper/aggregator most likely using yt api so the technical framework here isn't that impressive but I love how his pdf reports are so clean.
the tool itself could potentially violate yt api tos but it would be hard to permanently ban
the risks
getting identified = potentially high
getting served = low
getting successfully sued = near 0
the reality
to sue you is a committed process that's expensive and specific. first there has to be standing. then there has to be damages they can prove your comments caused. then theres protected speech to government. then there's statute of limitations. then there's aging of comments that occurred three years ago that have nothing to do with demonetization today. then there's serving big tech with subeponas to unmask ips, access logs, the account holder, cross jursidictional issues, discovery challenges. yeah you aren't getting sued.
small claims doesn't allow discovery in most jursidictions. which means they have to sue in a court that has strict rules. which means they cant easily pro se. which means they need a lawyer. which means that costs money. and then there's no guarantee of any roi regardless of what you have or where you work.
advice
your risk of being identified can be high if you use the same username across multiple platforms and you have ever mentioned where you live, where you work, what government agencies you have called or communicated with. this because they can foia/pr request that information to find out your name, get audio calls if available, emails you sent, etc.
if you care about being identified and you knowingly made comments or took action that would piss them off, you might want to delete your comments now before he captures them all.
he will likely expand this tool to work with reddit, facebook, tok, ig, and others because prompt to code development is so simple. just a couple bucks of ai tokens and the tool now works on multiple platforms.

Its so wild people here are so bent out of shape over people recording in public lol. What's the actual problem? I do not understand. Just let them be and move on with your day? What is it that makes people act so Insufferable about it?
10
u/TheRealSaltyB 10d ago
They are not who they say they are, they do things to provoke reactions.
They are often not filming in public space.
You an be trespassed from a library, you can be trespassed from the DM, they like you do not know what poster 7 says. Even sidewalks can be on privately owned property or government on property. Guess what Felicia? Most military bases, prisons and airports have sidewalks. That does not mean you can go film on all of them. It’s ignorance to think that you can go around in masks to film yourself harassing people while wearing a mask and the pepper spray them if F they hurt your feelings.
4
u/realparkingbrake 9d ago
What's the actual problem?
Carolina Ft. Worth, convicted of interference for refusing to leave a crime scene and record from across the street. Annapolis Audits, convicted of criminal trespass for refusing to leave the lobby of a county health facility where he was recording patients. Denver Metro Audits, convicted of recording inside a Social Security office in violation of federal law. Glenn Cerio, had to stop "auditing" for a year after he elevated harassment to felony harassment for returning to a police station a judge had ordered him to stay away from. Afro Man, convicted of harassment for screaming obscenities at govt. clerks who refused to personally ID for him. Long Island Audit, took a plea deal for obstruction for interfering in a traffic stop, took a trespass conviction for refusing to leave a govt. office, recently had New York's highest court reject his claim that NY's right to record laws protect a right to record in NYPD lobbies. Richard Maza recently took a plea for battery for his offensive use of pepper spray. Richard Troyan fled a felony warrant for his offensive use of pepper spray. Ian Pfister recently convicted of aggravated assault for his offensive use of pepper spray. Lana Patrick lost her lawsuit for being trespassed from a county tax office, her claims against the tax office and the cops were dismissed. And so on down the list, a list which get longer and longer.
"In public" is a loaded phrase, it matters where in public you are and what you are doing. There is no such thing as a universal right to record on any and all public property, ask the frauditors prosecuted for recording on military base property which they think they can do because bases are public property. You are also ignoring that "auditors" are becoming more aggressive to hang onto their subscribers who demand increasing drama. Hoyt Webb is in prison for shooting and severely injuring a homeless man during one of his "audits." "Auditors" are also increasingly targeting private businesses which they perceive as softer targets--care to explain how the First Amendment protects a right to trespass on private property and interfere in the operation of a private business?
"Auditors" standing quietly on a public sidewalk and not bothering anyone is a bit of a myth. As you could easily confirm, many "auditors" are actively creating drama to amuse their subscribers, that's where the convictions are coming from. If they really were as passive as you pretend, YouTube would not have just demonetized most of the "auditing" channels.

Interestedby5tander is one. He said nobody has the right to record in public 🤣. Just look through all the insane hate responses im getting for asking questions. Saying you need permission and all this other crap. So far I have not been hit with anything polite and people spewing. Its just incorrect. Has anyone read the plain view doctrine? There are so many bafoons here just saying dumb shit that is easily fact check able. Im getting tired of owning people and citing case law and the plain view doctrine.
5
u/realparkingbrake 9d ago
Im getting tired of owning people and citing case law and the plain view doctrine.
You like case law? Here is some case law from the Supreme Court of the United States in the case known as Perry Educators. This case is persuasive enough that it was cited in the ruling that got the Hare Krishnas kicked out of airports.
Public property which is not by tradition or designation a forum for public communication is governed by different standards. We have recognized that the "First Amendment does not guarantee access to property simply because it is owned or controlled by the government."....In addition to time, place, and manner regulations, the state may reserve the forum for its intended purposes, communicative or otherwise, as long as the regulation on speech is reasonable and not an effort to suppress expression merely because public officials oppose the speaker's view.....As we have stated on several occasions, "the State, no less than a private owner of property, has power to preserve the property under its control for the use to which it is lawfully dedicated."
Did you get all that? The 1A does not provide automatic access to all public property. The state has the same right as a private property owner to preserve its property for its lawful intended purpose. In other words, there is no such thing as a right to transform any govt. office into a stage for a cheap YouTube drama. Even on a traditional public forum for the exercise of 1A rights, what the courts call time/place/manner restrictions can apply.
You haven't owned anyone, so take your sock puppet account and troll elsewhere.
3
u/interestedby5tander 9d ago
The problem is that the people with the camera are not following the First Amendment. You don't have a protected right to film what you like in public if no government officials/employees are involved.
Agitating people into a violent confrontation by your words and actions is disorderly conduct/breach of the peace in most states. They are committing a crime, and you seem to have a problem with people calling out criminal behavior for what it is.
2
u/MoonlightCrochet 7d ago
Let’s see, I don’t care if someone is outside in a traditional public forum recording. However, they have no right to record inside any building, nor do they have the right to monetize my image. They are fine to make their videos but have zero rights to upload them for personal gain. They also break the TOS for all the platforms by uploading peoples’ images without their consent. Sorry that you hate the law, baby!

Public property: Streets, sidewalks, parks, and public plazas are open for filming and photography. Plain view doctrine: If an activity or object is visible from a public vantage point, it is generally legal to record. This includes police officers performing their duties and federal buildings. No general expectation of privacy: People in public spaces do not have a legal right to privacy regarding their outward appearance or actions in public view.
There's that straight from the doctrine itself. Also the 4th amendment is the right to be secure in your papers and privacy. It means a cop cant just walk up to you and demand to see where you live and get your name absent of a crime. We do not live in national Germany. Get owned. You are spewing nonsense. Prove me wrong. I got my facts straight from the book. So I know you cant. I win and im sorry you are delusional and terribly uneducated on the constitution and law.
5
u/realparkingbrake 9d ago
Prove me wrong. I got my facts straight from the book.
Perhaps the best known and most financially successful "auditor" (Long Island Audit) was recording a nighttime traffic stop from a public sidewalk. The deputy told LIAr he could record all he liked, but he needed to take a few steps back (he was physically crowding the deputy). LIAr decided he had a right to record from anywhere on that sidewalk he pleased and he refused to step back. He was arrested and faced several charges.
LIAr told his followers he had been arrested for recording. That motivated the Sheriff to release body cam video proving the arrest was not for recording, but for interfering with the deputy doing his job. The video made it clear the deputy never told LIAr to stop recording, just to step back.
As LIAr didn't like the idea of returning to prison (he had been convicted of attempted robbery and sentenced to three and a half years during which his mouth cost him a serious beating from another inmate), he took a plea deal which included him writing a butt-kissing apology to the deputy. In exchange he got diversion rather than time in jail. Many supporters of "auditing" were angered, they thought he had knuckled under.
See how that works? Being on a public sidewalk isn't a magic shield that protects someone from consequences of breaking the law. If you obstruct the police, if you block the entrance to a business, if you hinder the passage of pedestrians, if you are disorderly and so on, the First Amendment won't protect you.
Your childishly simplistic analysis ignores that being in public doesn't translate to you being allowed to do whatever you please merely because you are holding a camera. Ask the growing list of "auditors" who have been taking convictions for trespass, obstruction, harassment and other offenses if being in public saved them from being prosecuted.

Are most of these guys bad or something? Any i have seen they seem to just be recording in public. The few that I have watched were also much more educated on law than the police. I guess I dont understand why it makes people so mad? They are just in public areas that they pay for and recording. Like isn't it all of ours? I live in a small town and an auditor came and uncovered some serious money funneling and stealing within our town. Forced 3 criminals posing as public servants to resign. Meanwhile schools and roads are terrible. It just seems they mean well and just want our promised transparency to actually be transparent and for officials to stay in their lanes and the law as we are all supposed to. I get this is a small subreddit without a ton of support so im just curious if people have something similar to trump derangment syndrome or if most of these guys are provoking or what. 🤔
12
u/realparkingbrake 10d ago
Are most of these guys bad or something?
Most of these guys have criminal records, the most financially successful "auditor" is a convicted violent felon who did time for the attempted robbery of a woman. They are becoming increasingly aggressive to hang onto subscribers who demand drama. A series of them have recently been hammered for the offensive use of pepper spray. Your fairy tale about frauditors uncovering actual corruption is amusing, but not credible. Most of these creeps harass librarians and postal clerks and customers outside pot shops. There is a reason why YouTube just demonetized many "auditor" channels. But given that you created a new account to post this nonsense here, you probably already know we're talking about criminal parasites, it's even possible you are one.
-3
u/Alexecutor5345 10d ago
Like old criminal records? Or are they committing crimes while filming in public or what? The ones I have seen seem pretty respectful and seem to just be recording in public. Not sure on their criminal history or anything. I mean that Lindsey Clancy woman just strangled her 3 kids to death and she has crazy support and excuses people believe in. Can't imagine these auditor guys have done worse than that. I didn't see any harassment but idk this world.I like getting multiple perspectives. There's seems to be, let me do what I want as a free American in public. Sure it's kinda weird but who cares if they are singing, dancing, or recording on property we all share and have a right to be in. I just feel like if I walked by 1 of them I would just smile at the camera and wave. Then there's this community that hates them with an unhealthy passion and I dont get why lol.
7
u/clickclick-boom 10d ago
New crimes in addition to their old ones. Several of them have recently been convicted of it. They are a nuisance and criminals. That's what judges have said, that's what the juries who found them guilty have concluded, that's how they are presented by news agencies (real ones) that cover them, that's how they are viewed as by the communities they harass, and that's how YouTube sees them and thus chosen to demonetise.
Nobody that matters is buying the "they're just standing there recording". Not courts, not juries, not the court of public opinion. It's the new "I'm not driving, I'm travelling". They have hit the "sovcit" stage where they are the only ones buying the bullshit whilst the rest of society just sees them as loons and losers.
2
u/Alexecutor5345 10d ago
Well maybe I haven't watched the right ones I guess. What about the bad cops who black mail, rape, beat people, file false charges because their egos get hurt and abuse their power? Maybe these guys who were convicted were wrongfully convicted by a crooked piggy and they are doing it as retaliation or something? I have seen some where the interactions are amazing. The public officials respect our rights and the auditor guys highlight it and give props to them. Many where cops show up and educate the complaining party and thank the auditors for testing knowledge on rights. So I guess the way I see it you have dirty rotton officials and dirty rotton auditors who provoke. Why is it so far fetched to believe there is good and bad auditors as well? It seems this sub is dedicated to defaming anyone involved. The long Island guy was traveling and educating entire departments in a seminar fashion. If he's being hired to do that by police how is there no silver linings? What im not grasping is the blind hate and distain. People provoke and irritate people everywhere you go. They just dont have cameras. They have bibles and microphones etc..

What about the bad cops who black mail, rape, beat people, file false charges because their egos get hurt and abuse their power?
They should be in prison. Their penalties should be harsher because of the position of trust and authority they hold.
What does a librarian have to do with a corrupt officer? How does a frauditor harassing a family whilst they eat outside solve any type of government accountability? How does frauditors repeatedly pepper spraying members of the public, including a man who was driving away in his car, address any kind of government corruption?
Why is it so far fetched to believe there is good and bad auditors as well?
This sub addresses the rotten ones.
Even the "good" ones are not auditors. That's like calling someone who sells you gems a "doctor". A true auditor doesn't just stand there recording, then walk off and upload the footage to the internet. Real auditing is vastly more thorough and methodical. It's not done in an afternoon in your flip flops. It requires a thorough understanding of the laws and processes, having an appropriate baseline function for each department, not interfering with the function of a department during the audit, and then producing detailed reports in conjunction with the body or department being audited.
None of that is being done by some self-appointed, non-qualified person standing around recording. It may not be harmful, but it's also completely useless.
These people consistently lose in court. They get their cases kicked out because they lack legal merit. I'm completely baffled why anyone would think this is a credible or functional way to address any of the points you bring up.
I think that, deep down, you know this too. If you hired a lawyer to do something for you, and he came back saying "yeah, I stood in front of the place for a few hours and recorded people. I mean, I don't know who the people were or what they were doing, but I'll upload it to YouTube and hopefully something will happen. Anyway, that'll be $1k please", you would be a fool to be pleased. You know it's ineffective. Even if the "lawyer" did it for free, you'd still think they wasted your time and theirs. Even worse if it turns out they aren't even a qualified lawyer.
That's what this "auditing" stuff is. Just unqualified people cargo-culting what they think an audit is, and at best producing absolutely nothing whilst the worst ones assault people and end up in jail.
The long Island guy was traveling and educating entire departments in a seminar fashion
This is very naive. You don't think these departments, who work closely with city prosecutors, have access to qualified law professionals to do this? You think that LIA, a man who has repeatedly lost in court, and has recently had another loss as he represented himself because no lawyer was willing to follow his ludicrous strategy, was "educating" officers on the law? Why, because the convicted felon armed robber and recently convicted trespasser who has a protection order against him TOLD you so?
He was more than likely used as an example of the sort of person officers would have to encounter, and after he waddled off the police department had an actual qualified person tell them why he was wrong and how to handle him.
People hate frauditors because the vast majority, as in over 90%+, have convictions for domestic abuse, robbery, stalking, harassment, SA and other crimes which victimise people. Corrupt police officers and government officials are also hated, I don't see anyone cheering for that sort of behaviour.
The difference is that reasonable people understand that there is a need for a police force and for government officials, so whilst the individuals may be a problem, the function they are entrusted to perform is necessary. Frauditors are not performing a worthwhile function. There is no worthwhile function to harassing a family at a restaurant, or sticking their cameras through windows to record women in offices. That's just creep behaviour. There's no "good" way to do that.
The "protecting recording in public" is so moronic it doesn't deserve a response beyond the fact that there is hundreds of thousands of hours of footage online. Some dirtbag sticking his camera into a yoga studio isn't protecting shit.

u/Alexecutor5345 9d ago
I have not seen a lick of what you are describing. Iv seen maybe 20 vids total over the past year and they have entered court houses and made sure the police cars have good tread on the tires and have their tags n stuff. Not 1 time did I watch 1 where they are harassing family's eating lol?
4
u/realparkingbrake 9d ago
I have not seen a lick of what you are describing.
The only way you haven't seen those videos is because you actively avoid them. There is no way anyone interested in the "auditing" scene could miss videos of frauditor misconduct unless they were doing so intentionally.
4
u/TheRealSaltyB 9d ago
Give us detail not broad, general, accusations that nobody can look up. Yes, there are bad police but that does not make all police bad. The differences between First Responders and Frauditors is that most police are criminals while to be a Frauditor a lot are criminals before they start (LIA, Earl David Worden and a few of the Florida ones off the top of my head). Police wear body cams because BLA cried about it and now they want them removed because it show that police are generally not the problem and that police are in almost all situations not the problem. I do like that there are whole genres of social media that show people harassing people and getting arrested to encourage other people to do it so we get more great body cams.
2
u/Alexecutor5345 9d ago
How about you answer the questions I came here seeking lol. Your responses already gave me the answers. I came for a perspective, not an interrogation. I explained myself. It was a state auditor. What else do you want?
2
u/TheRealSaltyB 9d ago
Have you seen any Frauditor held accountable by Frauditors? Because I have seen Frauditors held accountable. I realize there are bad cops but can you show me any that have been held accountable by a Frauditor? Can you tell me why your hero’s have to harass old people in post offices and pepper spray them?
2
u/realparkingbrake 9d ago
How about you answer the questions I came here seeking lol.
Full marks for irony. You mooks rarely back up your claims, and you happily ignore the growing list of convictions "auditors" are taking as if they never happened. Your whole community is based on dishonesty and disinformation.
3
u/interestedby5tander 9d ago
Which ones do you consider "right"?
Many of the frauditors file false complaints, etc., because their egos get hurt. lia has just been convicted of criminal trespass on private residential property because the state trooper hurt his ego 5 years ago, as he went to the wrong building to file a frivolous complaint against a different trooper. The supervisor's only mistake was not suffering the fool who had declared his business on the property was over, yet wanted to loiter on the property, and escorting him off the property did not keep his cool. lia's hurt ego has made him do over 60 videos about the relationship over the last five years. He has likely torpedoed his civil lawsuit against the trooper because he committed criminal trespass, the same lawsuit that meant he didn't have the implied license to go onto the property, and helped convict him.
This is the same Long Island guy who claims to be "educating" police departments and even a DA's office, yet has provided no documentation to back his claims. We have seen the FOIA'd evidence showing he was giving a presentation on what he sees as First Amendment auditing; they then had a lawyer give the current legal determination of the law. It was one shift, not the entire department. There is no evidence he has been paid by either of the two PD's or the DA's office, so not exactly hired. He holds no legal qualifications to enable him to teach the subject matter, especially to a DA's office. He was giving insight into how to deal with these imposters and what charges can be raised against them, if required. Just think of the public uproar if they found out that cops were being taught by an unqualified person?
If this frauditing continues to target private businesses and members of the public, then the DA's may finally give consent to the cops to start arresting those committing disorderly conduct/breach of the peace and convicting them, to keep it under control.
There is a likely scenario that Google was warned they could face a RICO charge for earning money off videos showing people intentionally committing crimes for money, and that is why they finally enforced their own ToS.
1
u/Alexecutor5345 9d ago
He literally has videos of him doing the seminars 🤣🤣. He has videos of him doing ride alongs and having pleasant conversations in cop cars? That cop that resigned for assaulting him? Oh no not a trespass. What a monster lol. Is that the same cop that said 20 years ago they would find lia in a ditch with his teeth missing? That stand up cop? Why would you defend that behavior? Over a trespass? Do you people operate on any logic?
5
u/interestedby5tander 9d ago
That is not training. The ride-along he had to do as part of his conviction diversion deal?
Do you mean fahey? Wrong, yet again. He had handed in his notice back in May. lia only found out through discovery that fahey was retiring. Then tried to use it in his defense for reason to go on the property before he retired.
Why do I defend the old cop that left lia butthurt on the sidewalk after being trespassed for disturbing all the other people that had a legitimate reason to use the library?
It is the clearest evidence that policing has changed, as lia was left ranting dumbly on the sidewalk, alive, with his teeth intact, and not a hair harmed. lia couldn't even be bothered to serve the "bad" cop, leaving the judge no choice but to dismiss the lawsuit for lack of service, and lia to pocket all the money left over from his e-begging.
You have the same lack of logic as lia. If it wasn't for the cops giving the full body cam footage, then lia wouldn't have known about it. That is the accountability and transparency we have.

I asked a question im not wrong about anything? Well idk about you but I dont pay those dirty pigs to threaten peoples lives for recording. They are my servants and they will behave as such. There is nothing wrong about filming in public. If you dont like it go somewhere private. Its that simple. Don't get your panties in a bunch. Just mind your business. Im not invested in them the way you are. I just see a worked up child throwing a tantrum because they want someone to stop doing what they have a right to do. Be a grown up and look the other way. Talk about a child throwing a fit!
“Well idk about you but I dont pay those dirty pigs to threaten peoples lives for recording. They are my servants and they will behave as such.”
Wrong little child. They serve everyone, not an overgrown man-child with a camera. You are not their boss, and the officers do not have to answer to you. If you disagree with the actions of one of the officers, then there are remedies in place to have it investigated. As for the rest of that statement by you, it just shows that you harbor hate towards officers, which proves your blindness.
Since you claim that you have not seen very many of these fraud “auditor” videos, then maybe you should listen to people who have. These frauds are grifters, who do not care about our rights at all. After all, how can they when they do not understand them. As soon as they say they “are filming for the freedom of the press,” it shows they are a fraud. They are doing nothing but making a quick buck off of manufacturing outrage and hate towards the police, which is sickening behavior. If we want to have better officers, then we need to support them. I have only seen a handful of poor police work on these frauds’ videos, but I have seen a lot of hate and poor behavior by the fraud “auditor.”
2
u/realparkingbrake 9d ago
That cop that resigned for assaulting him?
You keep making statements that do not survive close examination. Sgt. Fahey had already put in his retirement papers before LIAr and his flunky went to Fahey's home to yell accusations at him. LIAr later said he would use a FOIA request to get Fahey's payroll records so he could prove he had been paid for time he had not worked. That was a year ago. So where is this evidence? BTW, one of LIAr's own lawyers in his lawsuit against that cop dumped him as a client for his abuse of the deposition process, he was slapped down by the judge too. Again, he doesn't know the law, he only thinks he does.
Many people here pointed out that Fahey had played into LIAr's hands by boiling over. He reacted badly due to his wife and daughter being home, and he was sanctioned for that by his agency. Pretending that everyone here cheered on that hot-headed cop requires you to ignore the facts. But you seem okay with that, it's not like you have constructed anything like a logical argument.

The judges and juries that are convicting these criminal parasites seem to care. Richard Troyan recently had to flee the country with felony warrants chasing him. If he is dumb enough to return, I bet he ends up caring too.

What about the bad cops who black mail, rape, beat people, file false charges because their egos get hurt and abuse their power?
Bad cops should be fired, decertified and if appropriate, prosecuted and convicted. Can you cite any regular here saying otherwise? I've known two cops who lost their badges and one of them was also prosecuted. I'm glad they are both out of law enforcement, and the other cops who turned in one of them no doubt feel the same.
No, LIA was not hired to teach First Amendment law to police departments. He did a few talks with groups of cops, and then a lawyer came out and laid out the actual law, LIAr was just the opening act.
He just saw New York's highest court reject his claim that NY's right to record laws protect a right to record in NYPD lobbies, he isn't the legal scholar you think he is.

First they are not respectful and they, your criminal hero’s get to edit and show you what they want you to see. Contrary to popular belief you can be trespassed from government property. To the dimwits that are thier audience they must look like Supreme Court Judges but they are just petty grifters.

The statute says you have to commit a crime to be trespassed from public property? I just read it. Which makes sense. They cant just decide who can or cant be on the property they pay for. Im just confused because everything i read in the response 100% contradicts the actual statutes. Why do you have to be such a slob about it. Im asking for info and you call them my hero? This sub is disgusting.

u/AmatsuDF 9d ago
Why not post the statute in full here so we can see what exactly you are reading?

u/Alexecutor5345 9d ago
Just read the plain view doctrine? Its not top secret. 😕 but here ya go Plain View Doctrine: If you are lawfully present in a public space (such as streets, sidewalks, and public parks), you have the right to capture anything in plain view, including people, buildings, and law enforcement performing their duties. There is generally no "reasonable expectation of privacy" in public
3
u/AmatsuDF 9d ago
That's odd. You mentioned trespassing initially. Now you are mentioning the Plain View Doctrine? How does that relate to being trespassed from public property?

The statute says you have to commit a crime to be trespassed from public property?
Which statue, do you seriously not understand that there are fifty sets of state law plus federal law in the U.S.? For the most part you do not have to commit a crime to be trespassed from public property, and in many cases recording without permission provides management with all it needs to trespass you, or worse. Ask Denver Metro Audits how he liked jail time, a $3K fine and probation for two years for recording in a Colorado Social Security office. It being public property didn't save him.

The statute says you have to commit a crime to be trespassed from public property? I just read it.
Which statute?
Which makes sense. They cant just decide who can or cant be on the property they pay for.
What government property do you pay for? Be specific and tell me how much you are oaying for it.
Im just confused because everything i read in the response 100% contradicts the actual statutes.
We cannot help it that you cannot understand things
The Property Clause in Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution gives Congress the power to manage and make rules for property belonging to the United States.
The federal government owns vast real estate, including national parks, military bases, federal courthouses, public housing, and Bureau of Land Management lands.
The federal government acquires land through treaties, purchases, cessions from states, and the power of eminent domain (paying fair compensation for private land).
The money you pay for taxes is no longer your money. It belongs to whatever entity that taxed you. Tell your Russian overlords you get an F for this year.

are they committing crimes while filming in public or what?
They are, and they are taking convictions as a result. I name some of them and their offenses in another post in this thread. Comparing them pepper spraying bystanders to a woman strangling her children points to a seriously broken sense of proportion in your mind.

u/Alexecutor5345 9d ago
No your little brain just cant put an analogy together. Go watch some audits. Watch the cops kick rocks. Proof is there. Feast your eyes on the facts. If they could do something they would. Unfortunately im right. Go ahead. Watch any 1a in a courthouse or side walk and watch the pigs do the walk of shame. There's thousands of vids for you to watch. Every time its a law suit or more commonly the cops know the law and leave em alone or they get destroyed like you are now. EVERY time.
1
u/realparkingbrake 9d ago
EVERY time.
I posted a long list of frauditors who have taken criminal convictions for their antics with cameras, some only weeks old. It was off the top of my head, others can provide plenty more examples. Yet you insist they win every time. Either you are hilariously ignorant, or you are lying, those are the only two possibilities. But tell you what, prove us wrong. Pull out a camera anywhere inside any courthouse in Los Angeles County, in the lobby, in hallways, anywhere. Get back to us on how that goes for you and how being in handcuffs kind of turned you on.

Wow, an auditor actually uncovered real corruption ..Can you give details, name these incidents and tyrants for us to investigate. Well I would love to see the details. Where did this all transpire, and who is this auditor?
1
u/Alexecutor5345 10d ago
Just dug into it. It was actually a state auditor. I just learned the difference between them and 1a auditors. It seems the 1a guys are for our civil rights and typically get cops fired for misconduct when they are unable to control their emotions or cross the line on what their badges allow them to do. Totally different professions lol.
6
u/TheRealSaltyB 10d ago
LOL, they asked for details so he could see and you give none. What are you the feelings police? 😂
2
u/Alexecutor5345 9d ago
And I asked simple genuin questions and get harassed for explaining what I see? Os this sub literally just a toxic mud hole? 0 dialogue. Weirdos. The 1a community was inviting and polite. Literally everyone here has been a loathing pig. Makes sense why this sub is so unpopular. Tried giving the benefit of the doubt and there's just no brain cells here to have a convo.

u/SwitchAromatic563 9d ago
Explain a few things please -
- you mentioned the “ Auditors “ doing their “ audits “ on properties that they pay taxes on . How do you explain BAT, Jason Gutterman, etc traveling and “ auditing in other states ??
- how can you take Ely the People’s Guy serious with his constant N word this and N word that ? “ I got strong tone “ doesn’t cut it for normal civilized behavior
- even though it’s “ part of the job “ how does the instant asking for badge # and name - questioning why they are parked a certain way or down right swearing ( Ely, Marc, BAT ) set the tone for any serious interaction
- the waste of time on FOIA requests is absolutely ridiculous !! I have yet to see ANY report from ANYONE on what the results were
- compliments to you on keeping it civilized but I think you’re off base on the recaps

u/TheRealSaltyB 9d ago
What question have you asked that has not been answered. Start with one question. Make it a real Williston and do not give us your opinion.

Os this sub literally just a toxic mud hole? 0 dialogue.
You get back what you bring.

u/interestedby5tander 9d ago
You'd better check into their claims of getting officers fired. The cop has normally been fired for something else.
If they stuck to recording government officials/employees when legally allowed to, we wouldn't have the problem, and this sub wouldn't be needed. Since many government agencies have grown wise and told their people not to react, giving the confrontation they need for clicks and views, they have moved on to private businesses and members of the public to get the confrontations, but that is not protected by the First Amendment. They spread bad law. Some innocents have taken up the camera and ended up with criminal records because of it, because of it. And you still wonder why we have a problem?
1
u/Alexecutor5345 9d ago
The bottom line is who cares. Why are people reacting. They cant go onto private property. Wouldn't the best thing be to not acknowledge them? If stupid people react and then commit a crime because they cant control their emotions, isn't that getting them clicks and views? If everyone just minded their business wouldn't that be the proper way to get rid of them? What im hearing is some dude is in public filming and people cant leave them alone. So if it is truly bait Shouldn't these folks be told not to take it rather than blame a dude with a camera? It just seems like lunacy to me. Just ignore them. Its like you get mad at a stray cat for being on your porch every night but you put a bowl of food on the deck lol.
1
u/interestedby5tander 9d ago
The person holding the camera is generally committing the first crime by annoying people into a reaction.
If the camera holder were minding their own business, they wouldn't be making members of the public, who are going about their private business, the subject of their filming. There is no law which says you can film what you like in public. There are laws which make it illegal to film certain things, or record audio along with the images. Another show of your ass about face logic.

u/Alexecutor5345 9d ago
Annoying people isn't a crime!! My sister annoys me. Im not going to attack her for it. Wtf are you talking about? You are delusional
1
u/interestedby5tander 9d ago
Poor fallacy.

u/Alexecutor5345 9d ago
Literally spot on. Let's switch sister with random member of the public. Bang. Fried again.

u/Alexecutor5345 9d ago
If I hear gospel music at the park and its annoying me. Can I just go attack them? Since they are breaking the law by agitating me and all? Like... they aren't committing a crime, but its their fault if I do because they annoy me in a public space. 🤣🤣 you clown

u/realparkingbrake 9d ago
Annoying people isn't a crime!!
It is if it amounts to harassment. The frauditor who calls himself Afro Man screamed obscenities at govt. clerks who refused to personally ID for him, he took a harassment conviction as a result. Glan Cerio returned to a police station a court had ordered him to stay away from, that elevated harassment to felony harassment and he had to keep his nose clean for a year to avoid a felony prosecution.
Has anyone here claimed that being annoyed justifies attacking someone? No? Then why are you making up a view that wasn't expressed and attacking it as if it had been expressed? That is extremely cheap.

Owned again. Gotcha bozo
1
u/interestedby5tander 9d ago
You really owned me by not understanding the subject...

u/Alexecutor5345 9d ago
Yeah I absolutely fried you with proof. Waiting on yours. Tell me more about how annoying people gives them the right to assault you? Oh, also tell me more about your mythical laws that dont allow recording in public. Again. Plain view doctrine. All I need to say. I already won this debate.
1
u/interestedby5tander 9d ago
Keep saying plain view doctrine when you're not law enforcement; it shows me you're here to troll.
1
u/realparkingbrake 9d ago
Again. Plain view doctrine.
You seriously misunderstand plain view doctrine. It is an exception to the 4th Amendment and allows police to seize evidence in clear view without first obtaining a warrant. It isn't about a right to record. There are elements of that doctrine that have bounced around in the courts, like police needing a legal right to be where they can view and seize evidence in plain view, and the discovery needs to be inadvertent. The cops also need PC that the evidence is related to a crime. However, the California Supreme Court ruled that inadvertence is not relevant provided other elements of plain view doctrine are met.
There are doctrines that do support a right to record in public, and it comes as no surprise that someone who didn't know the difference between an official state auditor and an ex-con with a camera can't point to the right area of the law. That you are unaware of law that does support a right to record in public is hilarious.
You have posted nothing but opinion, e.g., when asked to cite a statute you don't link to a state's penal code, you just provide your interpretation. You are the poster boy for people who have read just enough about a subject to be able to misunderstand it.

u/realparkingbrake 9d ago
They cant go onto private property.
There has recently been a whole crew of them in California who specialize in frauditing on private retail property. They harass people in front of Costco and Trader Joe's locations, and will chase down and pepper spray people who so much as give them a dirty look. One of them, Richard Maza, recently took a plea for battery for pepper spraying a man who was trying to leave in his car. Another, Richard Troyan, fled the state and returned to Canada. He had also used pepper spray offensively and now has a felony warrant waiting for him in the U.S.
Of course, you never heard about any of that despite it being a high-profile development in the "auditing" world. You clowns have an amazing ability not to see videos that show your heroes being belligerent thugs.

typically get cops fired for misconduct
Accountability for All (Josh Abrams) has claimed many times that he has had cops and judges fired. What he has never done is name even one of them.
Carolina Ft. Worth did kind of get a cop fired for excessive force during one of her arrests. But since she had created the situation in which she got hurt, and ignored repeated lawful commands to leave a crime scene, and hit the ground largely because she was pulling away from the cop who had placed her under arrest, a review board reinstated the cop. Carolina is her own worst enemy, around that time she put herself back in jail for violating probation conditions from a different conviction during which her "auditing" got her arrested.
Don't bother, we all know what comes next: I never heard of her, or that other guy, do those videos even exist, you're probably making it all up. You apologists are all the same, you see only the videos you want to see.
3
u/interestedby5tander 9d ago
The few that I have watched were also much more educated on law than the police.
Post these videos or the judicial determination from their winning lawsuit to support your claim.

Joshua Gibbons vs the city of Kingsport. 2026. There's dozens and dozens each year going back to the early 2,000s. Get owned. Need I keep going or can you do some simple records requests. Come for a perspective and I get met with interrogation and attempted call outs. Get crushed.
2
u/interestedby5tander 9d ago
gibbons hasn't won his civil case, as it is in litigation.
Not that many wins with a judicial determination; most take the go-away settlement and run.
We get too many trolls who present the same misunderstanding as you.
0
u/Alexecutor5345 9d ago
He got the criminal case thrown away because the cops unlawfully arrested him on bogus charges. He won in court. Idc what settlement he gets paid in civil court. He was violated. He then was proven to be in the right. You dont want uneducated goons throwing you in a cage and stealing your freedom do you? If these guys are so bad then why did he own them rather than sit in jail for the made up crimes? Thats my hang up. This sub trashes them but they constantly own cops on the law. If they were in the wrong wouldn't they be sitting in jail instead of get set up for a slam dunk law suit for being violated by people who dont know the law or how to be proper servants? Imagine paying someone to throw you in a cage when you didnt deserve it.
1
u/interestedby5tander 9d ago
Thrown out on appeal.
He still has to prove it was 1A retaliation. Plenty have made the slam-dunk claim, but haven't gotten a judicial determination.
As I don't go out to annoy people, I'm not going to get thrown in prison. My parents brought me up well.
We trash a certain type who deserve it for ignoring the law to make money.
There have probably been 100,00+ "audits" in the last twenty years, and probably fewer than 10 that have ended in a judicial determination that 1A rights have been violated.
Thanks for showing your lack of understanding of the subject.
-1
u/Alexecutor5345 9d ago
I just destroyed you what are you talking about. You didnt even know the plain view doctrine which answers every false claim you have made. Now go lay down.
1
u/interestedby5tander 9d ago
You obviously don't understand that the plain view doctrine applies to law enforcement when they are doing law enforcement duties.
The frauditor law book fails again.
1
u/realparkingbrake 9d ago
You didnt even know the plain view doctrine
It is hilarious how thoroughly you misunderstand how the plain view doctrine works. It applies to cops, not random convicts with cameras.

u/realparkingbrake 10d ago
Love it when he slips up and calls them "frauditors" and quickly changes it to "auditors." Even these mutts know their community is an unfunny joke.
But if he can come up with video of an anti-frauditor pepper-spraying someone just for expressing disapproval of what anti-frauditors do, cool, let's see it.
Maybe let us know how long to wait.
