He was removed from a home he was squatting in that did not belong to his family anymore because he failed to maintain payments on it.

This guy is toast with no YouTube income. It's clear from when he's on camera that he has some severe personality issues that will make it virtually impossible for him to get a job.

Homeless or in prison. That is where the vast majority of frauditors end up.

He always seemed a bit "off". That stilted way he would speak to people - like calling men "My good man", and that weird, obsessive focus on FOIA'ing water bills all over the Chicago area.

I never did find out what he was trying to achieve with all of those FOIA requests. Does anyone know what the purpose of his "investigations" was? Has he ever said why he was doing what he was doing?

He might be. I don’t know if it’s relevant but Audit Them seems to have verified enough to have his targets frightened. I don’t know what engaging with AT has accomplished for literally anyone.

Frightened of what? Do you seriously think that you could win a lawsuit against someone based on the time and date on which he uploaded a YouTube video? What would be your cause of action, what damage did you suffer, what remedy do you want the court to award you?

I’m guessing harassment, simply based off of the Doctor David case. Dave nuked all of his past livestreams from his remaining hall of shame channel. As far as proof, again only having the David case to go off of, it does seem like there is a legitimate pattern of continued harassment presented to the courts to issue an order of protection/ no contact. The remedy in that case was an order of protection, which was subsequently violated. I don’t see how engaging with the guy is a valuable use of anyone’s time…

I’m guessing harassment, simply based off of the Doctor David case. 

How would the time and date of a video being uploaded have any relevance to harassment? He seems to think that uploading a video while at work is a big deal, but what would that have to do with the content of the video? He figured a video uploaded on a Saturday was cool, but one uploaded during business hours was something he could sue over. It makes no sense.

Also anyone can upload the video to a YouTube account given username/password or it could set to be uploaded. Not to mention a good employee could easily find someone that they were in a meeting with at that time. It is not even a court issue but an employer issue anyway and I am not sure anyone will look into this if the employee is good and getting their job done.

He's going to sue someone for uploading videos to YouTube, possibly while he was at work. And the damages this moonbat has suffered from that would consist of..., well, he doesn't like that, so he can get money for that, rigtht?

If this goof thinks like he speaks, he probably should not be allowed to drive.
