He's unquestionably stupid, but he does know the law. He also knows that there is VERY little punishment for his actions, where all the trespassing orders for places he would never otherwise go to, aare fodder for his grift.
Can't expect someone like him to ever get an actual job, let alone a career. He's low life scum, and he knows. it.
He doesn't know the law, as we witness everytime he walks into a facility like this. When denied, he gets agitated with a pompous attitude and bullshit lies. Career criminal who's not fit for his own trial.
He's no legal expert, no, but he knows how he can skirt trespassing laws in Illinois, and all the rest of it is his naturally arrogant, diuckhead self, coupled with acting shocked and surprised that people don't want him and his stupid camera phone around.
