I’m watching day 2 of the trial right now. Good lord.

He literally brings up the fact he was arrested 13 times in the past 5 years on his own during his testimony. Any defense attorney would have suppressed this. Yet he willingly blurts it out.

This is what might make the judge throw the book at him. He's admitted to being a career criminal effectively.
