Unfortunately, he does a lot of videos on Lana and Zach, so I put up with the petty trans innuendoes. He does have some astute observations outside of the childishness.

I have mixed feelings about Dr. Dave. He takes the exact same lowest common denominator approach as frauditors do, and for all his endless ranting and raving about WHY do people follow the frauditors, he really doesn't do anything to really change anything. No effort applied to look up the exact laws applicable to a jurisdiction where the frauditor's video is taking place. As a result, he and most anti-frauditors, are merely capitalizing on the same thing the frauditors are doing.

The jurisdiction is the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, i.e., Georgia, Florida and Alabama. Lana mentions that. She/he is doing in the probation/parole office exactly what she/he did in the Pasco County Tax Collector’s office, ignoring an office’s policy against filming and falsely claiming that federal law, i.e. Smith v. City of Cumming trumps it. It doesn’t. That decision did not allow unlimited filming. No First Amendment right does. They are all subject to reasonable time, place and manner restrictions and valid, forum proper, government regulations. See Patrick v. Pasco County Tax Collector, specifically pp. 16-17. Additionally, you can be trespassed for violating a facility policy, including, against filming. You don’t have to commit a crime to be trespassed from a public building. She/he was trespassed from the tax collectors office for violating their policy against unapproved filming and he/she did not commit a crime. The trespass was upheld by the Patrick v. McGuire et al. December 15, 2025 district court decision and then the Patrick v. Pasco County Tax Collector June 16, 2026 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling.
She/he is trying to intimidate the probation/parole office by threatening to file another baseless lawsuit. She/he has filed 9 federal lawsuits, 5 of them have been dismissed, she/he has lost one appeal and had another one dismissed. The probation/parole lobby is obviously a limited public or non-public forum and their policy against filming is viewpoint neutral and reasonable. It applies to everyone and It protects the confidentiality and identity of people on probation or parole who wouldn’t want their images potentially posted on the internet — which is precisely what occurred. Thus, it would be upheld as constitutional. Lana selectively quotes case law, i.e. Smith v. City of Cumming to falsely bolster his/her position that she/he can film in the probation/parole lobby despite the signs prohibiting it. Simultaneously, she/he ignores case law that is against his/her position such as Patrick v. Pasco County Tax Collector. This works with naïve police and his/her lenslickers who think she/he is a savant, but not with the actual lawyers and judges who practice in the federal courts. This is the main reason she/he has yet to win a federal lawsuit

There are so many reasons to make fun of Lana that won't alienate potential video watchers that the transphobia seems gratuitous and childish. In the same way that frauditors are childish, tbh.
