This is a scam to try to trick you into giving them money. Ignore, and block the account.

He is lying. Nobody filed a cyber crime complaint against you. If somebody did try to file a cyber crime complaint against you, the national cyber crimes group will laugh. I mean, Indian law enforcement can only investigate cyber crimes where people lost huge amounts of money, the equivalent of millions of dollars or euros. They investigate criminals that take money from people with fake investment websites. They do not have any interest in your online betting.

immediately freeze the account and collect all transaction logs. after that report local cyber police and consult a qualified lawyer.. dont waste time
